A spectacular experience that firmly cements the uniqueness of BC as an outdoor destination. Intimately intertwined with the rich history of the pioneering of our province, this landmark leaves the visitor stunned by the interplay between mankind's ingenuity and nature's ruggedness. The fusion of these man made structures into the landscape is beautiful. Riding along the cliff side trail on your mountain bikes reveals scenic vistas and takes you through a vibrant, quaint trail through rocky tunnels and forests. A wonderful place worth visiting several times, also this place should be a world heritage site with such breath taking spectacular views.

Great park to have fun hiking with friends or family. One can walk to the top of the park or drive up by car. A spectacular view of the city of Kelowna and up and down Okanagan Lake. Have some fun and pack a picnic box and enjoy a day there. So many trails that will also take you to Paul's Tomb there you can jump into Okanagan Lake and cool of on a long hike. Do not forget your swimsuit & towel.

Trail Map Pedestrians and cyclists are welcome to explore the completed sections of the Okanagan Rail Trail – a continuous, minimal grade corridor with some of the valley’s most scenic features and waterfront access... a trail that connects communities across the Okanagan. Plan your experience: The interactive GIS map displays kilometre marker points, parking (with lot capacity notations), and washroom/porta-potty facilities. The map will continue to be updated as interpretive sites and special features are developed. Please respect the undeveloped sections of the corridor (displayed in red on the map) which are closed to the public at this time. The section of the Okanagan Rail Trail from Kelowna International Airport (YLW) south to the Kelowna waterfront has a paved surface, while the section from Beaver Lake Rd in Lake Country to Vernon has a crushed aggregate surface. Use the trail respectfully, carry your own water and pack out what you bring in.
