Nature & Biking

This is an awesome and very relaxing path for walking or biking 3/4 of a mile to the scenic lookout or a longer trip up to Lewes. If you are into birds, bring your binoculars for the scenic vista bird watching platform!

This peaceful, beautiful path is wooded, so it is cooler on a hot day and quite lovely. It is only a block from Cobblestone Lane (where our cottage is), so it is an easy walk! At the end there are lots of little ocean creatures to enjoy from the wooden platform - mainly little crabs!

The canal is lovely! Great, calm place to get on the water. You can also bike to the beach or town by avoiding Route 1 by biking alongside the canal, under the Route 1 bridge, and then taking neighborhood streets.
