Things to see and do in Fremantle

Beaconsfield is ideally suited to see the sights in Fremantle - Perth is a short train ride away from Murdoch station, but for the purposes of this guide, I will focus on Fremantle which is an area of history, culture and the arts.
The twighlight ghost tours are fun, as are the tunnel tours which are explored by small rowing boats. Very interesting place of historical significance.

The markets are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and are divided into food - fresh to buy and also to eat there and then the general markets. Great choice of food, gifts and all sorts of other goodies. Great atmosphere. Most times you will find street theatre artists performing outside.

Bars, Pubs & Eateries

A few ideas on where to get a bite and a drink.
This is the local and a couple of minutes walk from the studio. It is your typical aussie local with a bar food menu, but also a nice restaurant upstairs. Kareoke on the weekend, open mic on Sundays feature - reasonably priced and down to earth.

Great place right on the beach to grab a drink and watch the sunset - or any time of day. The only bar in Perth where you can actually have a drink on the beach (If you want lounges, you will need to book). Gets busy especially on Sundays.
