This town is about an hour away, and worth the drive. Visit our favorite home goods store, Cartolina. Have a wild mushroom tart at Pitchfork. Walk down by the river and view the amazing scenery. Or just browse Baker street and it's myriad shops and restaurants with local products.

Any time is a good time for a hot springs soak! Kids will love this activity. It isn't "natural" in that it consists of several man made pools and areas to soak, but it's a unique experience to do at least once.

This one is a challenge for those who want it! A steep climb takes you to the tree line along a ridge, and if you press on further you can reach the hut at the top of Old Glory. If you make it to the top please let us know; we haven't yet!
