Osteria Due Cuori is a little lovely restaurant in the old part of Biella. Run with care and love by Anna Della Valle. The food is inspired by local recipes of the north of Piedmont all with a modern touch. Great is the "battuta di fassone" a sort of tartare Piedmont style, rabbit stew and other vegetarian dishes.
The wine list is amazing, expect mainly local wines from Piedmont like Barolo Barbera Barbaresco Gattinara Dolcetto Grignolino Gavi Timorasso Moscato and much more to explore. The list of the local wine is a great discovery Coste della Sesia, Lessona, Bramaterra and many more.
Dessert, you must try their home made Torcetti from the old recipe found inside the building!!!!
