Carmine is legenday. And, if you can afford it, Carmine's is off the chain. Intermezzo is more my style. They offer many of Carmine's dishes in smaller portions and a casual bar-like setting. Pasta Carbonara and the Cobb Salad are incredible.

Great greek for the price. Giant portions. The platters could feed two easily. They have a wonderful white sauce, but their secret is the (very) spicy red sauce. Plus, for fast food, it's one of the nicest teams you'll ever meet.

I'm Bulletproof, so it'd be weird to not suggest our flagship Seattle coffee shop on South Lake Union. If you've never had Bulletproof Coffee, you're missing out. It's part of our program, which is based on ketogenesis, and it's amazing.

GREAT Thai food in a city with a lot of low cost pretenders. Servers are excellent and fun, dishes are served quickly and delicious, and the prices are fair. It's busy during weekday lunch, so order ahead and take out.
