The absolute best ramen you will ever have. Ask for the shiitake mushrooms and a spice bomb -- you won't be disappointed. It can be hard to get a seat here, so you're best going early (11:45am or so for lunch and 5pm-ish for dinner). If you can't get in, try their sister restaurant Bantam King -- it's around the corner and normally has shorter wait times.

We especially like Takorean (Korean tacos), Rappahannock (oysters), Buffalo Bergen (breakfast sandwiches), and Trickling Springs (ice cream). Also, try Bidwell (American/southern), which has made the Michelin Bib Gourmand list two years in a row! Note, Union Market is closed on Mondays.
