It is only two miles from the house. Our favorites are the breakfast Scramble, the gluten free Flapjacks, and their omelettes. Breakfast served all day. Coffee is good quality. They have self serve refills stations. Their salads are terrific. Good wifi for studying or just searching for your next adventure. Great deserts. We recommend an evening coffee and desert. The seasonal Carrot Cake is magnificent. Patio Seating is a must.

Parks & Nature
Park at Michael Emery Free Parking lot SE of where Spain and Academy roads intersect. Great for early morning hikes, dog walking, running and mountain bikers. Trail initially elevates a half mile straight up. Option to continue on up to more difficult rocky areas or take a left at .5 mile point onto trail 365. Great rolling trails. Easily hike across to more difficult climbs into the mountain or stay on the rolling hills for 3 to 5 miles round trip back to the parking area.
