This lovely restaurant located in a Fred Orr Craftsman home is a special place for a date or elegant family celebration. If you are a vegetarian, ask them to make a vegetable plate for you (it isn't on the menu). They make wonderful cocktails, have a great wine list, and the bar is a beautiful, cool escape from the heat.

Heirloom isn't in Five Points (it's in the Boulevard neighborhood), but they have a great wine list and southern infused modern cuisine with an emphasis on fresh and local ingredients. Their newly enlarged and covered outdoor seating area is a real draw, too.
