Very popular sport bar and restaurant. I don't like this place but included it into my guidebook because almost every expat likes this place. Probably you will like it as well!

They brew their own beer. The food is good. The beer is good. The location is also very good. At good weather book a table outside and enjoy the passing by public.

Probably the best-known Ukrainian market place. You can buy here vegetables, fruits, meat, caviar. The price is a bit higher than at other markets, but for one time shopping is completely OK.

Sightseeing
The palace in itself is nothing special, but the park - a must see place. Ideal for those who like walking! Great views on the left bank of the city. I stronly recommend to walk up to Pechersk Lavra.

For walking fans - my recommendation to start at this square and to go on foot via Mariinskiy Park, Pechersk Lavra and up to the World War Museum.
