About 35 mins by car away, Tivat is now the talk of the town since the fancy new deep water marina - Porto Montenegro - opened its doors to the rich and famous with their gin and tonic cruise ships. Each year it improves with museums, cafes, restaurants and its a handy place to go for a day trip and do a bit of shopping at the supermarket or the daily green market.

Access to Herceg Novi is easiest from Rose where there is a small ferry which crosses the water daily. The boat can be caught from Rosa every day. The ferry is called the Loro and leaves from the cnetre f the picturesque village of Rose. Herceg Novi is a gem and a very interesting place to visit. Set on a hill top overlooking the entrance to the fjord, its a highlt recommended and relaxing day trip. On your way back, stop in the Adriatic restaurant for a bit and have a swim to cool off!

Access to Herceg Novi is easiest from Rose where there is a small ferry which crosses the water daily. The boat can be caught from Rosa every day. Kotor is a must see famous old town at the innermost point of the famous fjord. Go early as it gets busy during the day, but well worth a visit on a rainy day or early in the morning, Think about as impressive as Dubrovnik but different.

Very interesting caves boats can drive in and out of.. Boats leave daily from Miriste. Well worth the 1h round trip.

Probably the nicest small cove and beach in Montenegro with its lovely restaurant and relaxation area to chill out after a nice seafood lunch. If you are staying at the Lustica Villa, Dobrec is a must. The only want to reach it is by boat and you can always ask one of the small boats that take people from Mirste to Mamula and the Blue Cave to take you back and forth to Dobrec. Don't miss it.

Probably the nicest small cove and beach in Montenegro with its lovely restaurant and relaxation area to chill out after a nice seafood lunch. If you are staying at the Lustica Villa, Dobrec is a must. The only want to reach it is by boat and you can always ask one of the small boats that take people from Mirste to Mamula and the Blue Cave to take you back and forth to Dobrec. Don't miss it.

An amazing horse shoe shaped bay and beach surrounded by a thick forest of lush green pine trees and enclosing a white shallow sand beach - one of the finest in Montenegro - A must if you have children - only think is it gets too busy in the high season of Juky and August - outside of those months, its peaceful as well as beautiful. Its only a short drive from the Lustica Villa
Ok, I am not a great fan of Budva, but if you have to go to this area, which is worth seeing at least once, as well as en route to Sv Stefan (the famous island hotel), then a nice place to stop and relax is Przno, with its ambient strand line, restaurants and lovely beach.

Radovici is the major town on the peninsula and as such it has a Voli Supermarket, market, chemist and couple of other shops and restaurants. Just beyond Radovici at the major cross roads that connects Lustica to the mainland, are a few large hypermarkets, Atms, petrol stations etc
