The neighborhood is fantastic, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, many grocery stores and two large parks, famous Zizkov tower are minutes from the flat. And Riegrovy Sady beer garden is very close to the apartment, one of the greatest attractions for going out when the weather is nice.
Vinohrady is the star Prague, is exceeding with many new design stores, bio-organic groceries, international restaurants, art galleries, an anti-popcorn cinema with a hip bar, cafes and bars are all located in the area.
Also, a great farmers market of the city is 2 minutes away, with most delicious local groceries, cakes, fruits, coffe and sometimes concerts: Jiriho z Podebrad Square with the market is like entering a town festival.

If you want a non-touristic experience, go to Parukarka park. It's 5 min walk from my place, has a beergarden and it's calm and very low-key. But it's also on top of a hill, the view & the sunset is exclusive
