My absolute favourite destination in Oslo. You walk in the woods for 30 minutes from the metro station and you get an incredible view over the city and the fjord. From my flat, you can walk to Majorstuen metro station and take the metro to the Vettakollen station. If you want to make the hike a bit longer, you can go around the lake Sognsvann and take the metro back from there. I wish you a nice hike!

The flat is placed in Bogstadveien, the most popular shopping street in Oslo. Besides the stores are there also lots of cool restaurants, cafes and bars.

Food and drinks
If you like sea food and do not want to use too much money, Pastis on Aker Brygge is a good choice. A perfect day could be to go swimming on Tjuvholmen (5 minutes walk from the restaurant) and then eat here. Another good choice if you want to eat sea food is Lofoten Fiskerestaurant, but it is more expensive.

House of Sushi Majorstuen serves delicious sushi only 5 minutes walk from my appartment. Not the coolest place to sit, but I recomend the take away if you want a chill night in the flat
