Just two miles from Lille Hus. Though small, these folks put out some nice wines. They do tastings in the winter, but summer is when this place shines! Bring a picnic lunch or they do have snack boards available.

They have food carts from time to time and also have very good snack plates. Hike to the top of the hill for many glorius views.

The old town is right on Silver Creek and has dozens of wonderful shops and restaurants. Silver Creek Fall state park is 30 minutes away and the oregon Gardens is walking distance.

Depending on the time of year, an incredible variety of birds are here. Great walking trails through an oak savannah environment. When the meadowlarks are singing it is glorious. It's also home to acorn woodpeckers-though tricky to spot! About a hour west of the farm.

Coville RoadDepending on the time of year, an incredible variety of birds are here. Great walking trails through an oak savannah environment. When the meadowlarks are singing it is glorious. It's also home to acorn woodpeckers-though tricky to spot! About a hour west of the farm.
1.2 million vistors per year can't be wrong! This is about 40 minutes from the farm and provides spectacular views of not 1 but 10 impressive waterfalls, three of which you can walk behind! The trail has several options for 5-mile and 7-mile loop hikes or you can do a short out and back from the south and north falls. The trails can be muddy, especially in the non-summer months. Prepare for drops and intense mist near the falls! We just took our 1 1/2 year old grandson on the 7-mile loop and he had a blast (so many oohs and ahhs).
