It's a bit tricky buying the tickets for the bus: either pay with credit card on the bus, or get a "jojo-kort" at one of Skånetrafikens customer service centers. The easiest way if you have a smartphone is probably to download the Skånetrafiken app, where you can purchase tickets straight away.
