2nd weekend in May is a local highlight the "St Jean de Coles Annual flower market" which runs for three days With the streets decorated and lined with market gardeners and their flowers and plants for sale. great days out Listed as one of the pretties villages in France. Historic village with typical roman red tiles, famous for the annual flower show in June each year. You need to park your car and walk in to small village. It has a pottery at the very end by the river Cole, and a restaurant "l Temps", we would highly recommend lunching there, but get there early 12mid day. also a brasserie. Roman church, chateau . you can watch the dragonfly dance over the waters edge. and see the fish swimming,.good place to just absorb your surroundings.
