Cómo moverse en Te Anau

Natural Feature
“You could also go to Milford Sound (NZs most beautiful Fjordland) , but please be aware that it's 4hours drive one way from Queenstown. So, it's gonna be a day trip with a lot of driving but also plenty to see and photograph on your way. ”

Cine
“Operating since October 2004, Fiordland Cinema was specially constructed to house regular screenings of the locally filmed movie ‘Ata Whenua – Shadowland’ (also known as ‘Fiordland on Film’). In addition to the daily screenings of Ata Whenua the cinema also regularly screens new main-stream movies and art house releases (please see home page for our weekly schedule timetables), The cinema has seating for 52 (plus 1 wheelchair bay), enabling a boutique cinema experience . Enjoy a glass of wine or beer during the movie in the comfortable surroundings and large, comfortable seats. Great for those wet days.”

Café
“The locals' favourite place to go! Fantastic coffee and food. Try the salmon bagel (toasted) if they have it in the cabinet (it's better than the one they have on the menu as it has added avocado, brie, salad, sprouts and more.... nom nom nom!).”

“A flat, easy day walk (1.5-2hrs) feels like a stroll through an enchanted forest. As you get deeper into the forest of tall red beech trees, let your imagination run wild. The track winds up to pretty Lake Sylvan, home to brown trout and small native fish. You can come back the way you came, or return via the 1920s tramline loop. The loop track takes you through regenerating beech forest and is an Operation Ark site where Department of Conservation staff are working to protect the endangered yellowhead/mōhua. ”
