College Football Field
“It takes 22 minutes to get to the stadium on non- gamedays without traffic. Gameday: plan for traffic and give yourself plenty of time, it should take less than 30 minutes, but it depends on how close to game time you're at. Gaines street is always busy- I would avoid it going and coming. We tend to take apalachee, right on Monroe, Left on W. Pensacola to the stadium. On the way back, St. Augustine St runs parallel to Gaines but is much faster. ”

“Great place to learn about Florida's earliest civilizations up to present day. It's free and manageable to see every exhibit in a couple hours. Great activity on a hot or rainy day! Native american dioramas, spanish conquistadors and their loot, Florida's role in the civil war. The evolving economy & industry-citrus- cotton-railways-riverboats-tourism. The final exhibit changes regularly, sometimes with Florida artists or, as on display now, a surprisingly interesting display of the history of surf boarding! Parking garage next door. Easy walk from Capitol, Kleman Plaza, FSU College of Law and Civic Center”

Farmers Market is here on Wednesdays-and if you love falafel sandwiches, the Pita Queen and her husband sell their produce and make fresh falafel as you wait-I am talking about frying it up right there. Seriously, one of the best sandwiches I have ever had!”
