Beach
“BEACH - Next door to Southwold, the feeling couldn't be more different!... ' The wooden bridge leading from the picturesque village of Walberswick to the beach is always crammed with children clutching crabbing lines and plastic buckets. Clamber over the ridge of dunes and you'll understand why so many artists are drawn to paint this long and empty stretch of sandy beach' ~ The Telegraph”

Rv Park
“If you fancy a day on the river, you can hire a boat from here. There are loads of great pubs along the route the boat yard suggests, so you can be well feed and watered! As with all these types of activities, it’s best to book in advance at peak times. ”

Lake
“Thorpeness Meare is quite a long way from Goose's Place (around 50 minutes), but it's totally worth it. You can hire rowing boats, canoes, even punts, and the meare itself is stunning (we'd thoroughly recommend taking a picnic and then moor up on one of the many islands) You're also then only a five minute drive from Aldeburgh (IP15 5BP) and the Snape Maltings (IP17 1SP) is just around the corner. ”
