“What's better than breakfast beside a babbling brook? That's what you'll get at Creekside, which is located downtown right next to Soda Creek. It will obviously only babble in the summer, but this spot is a must-hit if you love breakfasts done right.”

Theme Park Ride / Attraction
“Located downtown Steamboat Springs. This is the less scenic hotsprings here, but still really enjoyable. More of a pool setting with several hot tubs and health spa. Great for small children, families and couples. Google photos of it. As a local, this is where I go, because it is closer than Strawberry Park, and has showers and lockers. However, when I have out of town visitors, I take them to Strawberry Park Hotsprings as it is more natural looking. Not as great for kids, though people bring their kids there all the time. I recommend looking at both places on google images. Both cost the same. ”

“Ski Haus has been in Steamboat for 30+ years and has everything you will ever need for rentals and equipment. They have a full shop upstairs if you need any winter/outdoor gear and a full rental shop downstairs with equipment for any sport. They are incredibly friendly and reasonable! ”

“You ever had a cinnamon bun so big and delicious that you went temporarily blind from it? We haven't either, but if you are able to finish one of their famous massive pastries in one sitting, you'll swear you might need to at least shut your eyes for a while and revel in the flavor of heaven covered in 3 lbs of icing. The breakfast is good here too.”

“This place has the best prices on wine! Even better than Denver. So much that we wait to buy when we are in Steamboat and bring it back! And, it is right next to City Market (right down the street from the condo)...how convenient!”
