“This is a great local, family resort on the calmest beach in Nevis. There is a dive shop adjacent to the bar to book dive trips, and a bike shop that you can book biking and hiking tours.”

Point of Interest
“There is comfortable accommodation for cruise ships at two dedicated berths at Port Zante in the heart of Basseterre’s waterfront area. These modern facilities are large enough to accommodate ‘Oasis’ class cruise ships as well as receive smaller pleasure craft. Port Zante is one of the few ports in the English-speaking Caribbean that can accommodate the world’s largest cruise vessels. The area has many cultural, jewelry and craft shops. You can also find bars and coffee shop plus many restaurants and food bars. http://www.scaspa.com/port-zante/ ”

“There are terrific hikes to do on Nevis: Heritage Trail – a long stroll which takes you around the island, The Source – a moderate hike up one of the hills to the water sources, The Mountain – a strenuous climb to the top of Mount Nevis, The Waterfalls – a moderate to heavy hike to a series of waterfalls and Saddle Hill, an easy climb to a ruined fort. Being volcanic means height, wet and good soil. Nevis is largely covered by rainforest with some grasslands on the windward side. There are various walks through dense rain forest and guides who know about the flora and fauna can be booked. ”

“On the "edge" of the rainforest. Wonderful views. The ladies that make the batik clothing and other items are so friendly and it's fun to watch them at work on their art. Sit down a bit and enjoy a rum punch on their terrace over the rainforest. Gardens are a joy to wander around. A photographers heaven!”

“Great food and wonderful views. Romantic. We always recommend Spice Mill for our guests first night on St Kitts. Spice Mill is only a few minutes drive away from Turtle Beach after a long day of travel. Relax, unwind with a tropical cocktail and delicious meal. Ask us to make a reservation for your first night!”

“Take a bus from Needsmust Train Station near Robert L. Bradshaw Airport. The driver will explain all the points of interest and landmarks along the way. The bus driver is knowledgeable and provides historical dates, historical sites and events as you travel to meet up with the train. The train goes through many villages and the children in the schools and locals will wave with big smiles; which really gives a feel of local life.”
