“The 'windiest street in the world". It really is probably not the wildest tree though are great views and I would go before the close it to the public. Ad if you personally drive down it, then take a left at the bottom and drive straight forward to experience a San Francisco step street ride :-)”

“This old-school movie palace has been a fixture in the Castro neighborhood since 1922. The grand interior and signature pre-show organ music are worth the price of admission alone — but stick around for their ever-changing roster of classic films, spirited sing-alongs, and rotating film festivals. Absolutely one of our favorite destinations in SF!”

“One of the most photographed locations in San Francisco, Alamo Square's famous "postcard row" at Hayes and Steiner Streets is indeed a visual treat. A tight, escalating formation of Victorian houses is back-dropped by downtown skyscrapers, providing a stunning contrast. The grassy square itself is an ideal midday break. One of 11 historic districts designated by the Department of City Planning, the area includes several bed and breakfast inns.”

If you're planning a visit to San Francisco's Richmond District, it's worth visiting the ruins of the Sutro Baths, both for their breathtaking views and rich history. Here's how to make the most out of your trip there.”

“Charming restored original ferry terminal, now housing unusual shops, food markets and restaurants ( famous Slanted Door is here and my fav, Hog Island Oyster.) Nice views of the Bay. Suggest you take the restored street car (MUNI) line from the Castro down Market Street to the Ferry Bldg, that will give you a better sense of SF along the ride. ”
