“While you’re looking at the menu, be sure to ask your sever for a side of guac and the sampler of their moles- a small plate of quarter sized samples of each mole they make in house!”

“Wasatch was the very first brewery in Utah – and one of the first craft brewers in all of the U.S. – brewing award-winning brews since 1986. This spot everything you'd expect a brewpub to be - hearty food, convivial atmosphere, lots of locally brewed beer and a great late-ish option. You can even buy the full strength beers from there coolers to take home with you.”

“Bakery: Fresh baked buttery croissants, perfectly-caramelized layered Kouign Amann, sourdough from their own starter, and the dozens of other scratch-made, hand-crafted delicacies made daily in our kitchen. Don't miss the black and white mousse cake! Cafe: From breakfast until well into the night, the chefs prepare scratch-made entrees like our renowned Tri-Tip steak with grilled asparagus and irresistible savory sides like a house pommes frites with herb aioli for the thousands of guests we get to serve each week.”

“This is a very popular brew pub, and moderately priced. "The service, food, and beer were all solid. Really good selection of local brews. Everyone was happy with pizzas, warm goat cheese salad and a short rib sandwich. Decent value for a downtown pub. Overall a solid choice."”

“Artichoke and asiago cream cheese dip!!! Although known for their local craft brews, Squatters started my love affair with ALL artichoke dips way back in 1989- NO spinach in this version, browned in the wood-fired oven, and served with bread instead of chips!!! It is very rich, though, so practically a meal in itself. 20 minute drive or 40 min TRAX ride to downtown SLC from Sandy.”
