Ladywood Lodge is in a stunning position, with woodland garden and mountain views all around. It is self-contained, very private and with easy parking on site. There is a large studio room with newly renovated separate kitchen and ensuite shower room. Furniture is period in style, reflecting that the property dates from early 1900's. There is a small patio with table and chairs outside. Walks include up White Moss Common, to Rydal Caves and down to Grasmere lake and Dove Cottage.
Ladywood is in a stunning location. Surrounded by views, it is very private and peaceful. The garden is beautiful year round. The closest neighbour is a farm along the road, and being a side road there is no traffic noise. Badgers and deer frequent the property (and we ask that you keep the gate shut to prevent the deer from eating the garden). Ladywood Lodge provides a perfect location for walking or sightseeing, being right in the centre of the Lake District yet apart from the crowds that frequent the towns. There is plenty of onsite parking, which is unusual. The fitted mahogany furniture and fireplace are original and give the Lodge an air of elegance. The windows all look onto trees and mountain views. Although it is close to the main house the Lodge has a private entrance.

The Dome is four-person glamping geodome in the grounds of Lake View Country House, with stunning views. It has a double bed, 2 single futon beds, log-burner, storage, table & chairs. It is tucked away in a private corner of the garden but is very close to the main guest house. In the guest house nearby, there is a lounge area, with kettle, plug points and WiFi, & a bathroom with a loo, sink & hot shower. Please note: there is no electric or WiFi in the glamping dome itself.
Set in an acre of lawns, orchards, and gardens, the dome is itself located in the grounds of Lake View Country House. Lake View is run as a B&B. It has private access to Grasmere lake-shore and the River Rothay. We are lucky enough to have fishing rights, and the perfect spot to launch paddle boards. Located onsite is Grasmere Brewery. All of the ale, lager and cider we make is served at our tap-room, The Good Sport.
Our village, Grasmere, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Great Britain. There are a host of local walking, cycling and historic sites that explain why the village is so loved. Grasmere has an abundance of gift shops, tea rooms and of course Grasmere Brewery's tap-room The Good Sport! During the summer months there is the annual Grasmere rush-bearing ceremony and the widely acclaimed "Grasmere sports", featuring traditional Cumberland & Westmorland wrestling, fell racing, hound trailing and lots of stalls. Come and enjoy Grasmere village, and visit sites including St Oswald’s Church, Sam Read’s Book Shop, Wordsworth's Dove Cottage, The Grasmere Gingerbread Shop, and more.

    The house has been in the family for four generations - it has a unique charm, and the views from the nearby fells (mountains) sweep the Grasmere and Rydal valleys.
    The whole Lake District is stunningly beautiful. Local things worth visiting/doing are Dove Cottage (Wordsworth), the Grasmere Gingerbread Shop, Stock Ghyll Waterfalls in Ambleside, Rydal Caves, and boats on Grasmere. Further afield, try Surprise View in Borrowdale, the Steamers on Lakes Windermere and Ullswater, the ferry across Windermere to Hawkshead, Skelwith Falls, Great and Little Langdale, and any of the passes - our favourites are Wrynose and Hardknott (with the Duddon Valley in between and Scafell Pike above), and Kirkstone (which links Ambleside to Patterdale and Ullswater). The Kirkstone Pass Inn is one of the highest pubs in England.

    Ambleside self-catering accommodation rarely comes in a more picturesque setting. Stableman's Cottage, set up perfectly for self catering, is situated within part of the historic country house of Stepping Stones, once owned by William Wordsworth's son. The house overlooks the famous stepping stones across the River Rothay at the foot of Loughrigg fell surrounded by beautiful countryside. This lovely location is amazingly within walking distance of the bustling village of Ambleside, a short drive to Grasmere and the popular tourist villages of Bowness and Windermere. Also a short stroll away is the hamlet of Rydal where there is a local pub and tea rooms. Combining characteristic features of exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with tasteful comfortable interiors and modern appliances, the cottage is well-equipped for self-catering and the perfect base in which to explore the Lake District. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms, the cottage layout is ideal for families (suitable for children from age 5+), groups of friends or two couples wishing to have separate private bathroom/shower facilities. Stableman's offers a lovely private 'home from home' and is an ideal Lakeland retreat …. comfortable accommodation, stunning views, fantastic walks straight from the door, an abundance of local wildlife, a myriad of local eateries, well located for visiting tourist attractions …. and much much more. Our weekly changeover day is Friday although out of the main season we offer weekend and short breaks. We are officially rated 4* by Visit England.
    After parking and admiring our beautiful location looking down to the river and the fields and fells beyond, guests make their way up steps and through the garden to our private dining patio and front door. The front door leads into an open plan kitchen/dining area. This lovely fitted kitchen complete with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer is very well-equipped for self-catering. Two steps lead up into the lounge where the tastefully designed soft furnishings and comfortable seating for 5 provide a lovely relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day. There is a TV, DVD player, Sonos speaker and CD player with ipod dock/audio. Also available is an excellent selection of games, books and DVDs for guests to enjoy during their stay. From the lounge, one step accesses a hallway leading to the double bedroom with en-suite shower room to one side and in the opposite direction are the king size and single bedrooms and bathroom with shower over the bath. All the bedrooms have velux windows with blackout blinds and stunning views of the fells. There is some height restriction in the spacious bedrooms as they are built into the eaves. We provide bedlinen (beds made) and towels. The bedroom configuration provides perfect accommodation for 2-5 people. Stableman’s is not suitable for disabled guests because of the steps up to reach the property and steps within the cottage. The cottage is also not suitable for babies : only children from age 5+ Sorry no pets. The cottage is gas centrally heated. Gas and electricity is included in the price. We provide cleaning products for guests on arrival but they may require more during their stay. There are 2 car parking spaces for Stableman’s guests on the left of the drive by the entrance closest to Rydal.
    Located in idyllic rural surroundings in the heart of the English Lake District national park with a view that has hardly changed since the property was in the Wordsworth family, Stableman’s Cottage is just minutes from Ambleside by car. Guests have a true getting away from it all experience in beautiful and stunning scenery spectacularly located by River Rothay near Rydal Water. There are many many wonderful walks straight from the door, ranging from short walks to full day hikes. These include nearby Rydal Caves by Rydal Water, Loughrigg Terrace towards Grasmere and the fabulous 11 mile circuit of Fairfield Horseshoe. We are short stroll from the hamlet of Rydal where there is a local pub and tea rooms at Rydal Mount (former home of Wordsworth) and Rydal Hall (open throughout the year). Alternatively a few minutes in the car (or about 20 minutes by foot) takes you to the vibrant village of Ambleside known by locals as the jewel in Lakeland´s crown. Here you will find an interesting range of local shops, tempting delicatessens, traditional Lakeland pubs and top-class restaurants - even a cinema and live music bar. There are also endless opportunities for outdoor pursuits. Lake Windermere can also be enjoyed from Waterhead Pier, where ferries depart regularly to Bowness and Lakeside. Nearby too is Grasmere, a wonderful Lakeland village with views abound. Grasmere has drawn poets, artists and painters for centuries. Famously the home of William Wordsworth in Dove Cottage. This can also be reached by foot by a path from Rydal Mount. Bowness on Windermere is the most popular tourist destination in Cumbria; it is a hive of activity with plenty to see and do. Both young and old love to feed the ducks and swans at the water's edge and the many steamer cruises and boat hire are popular choices. There are cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and shops to help you while away the hours. The famous Beatrix Potter museum is well worth a visit too. On the other side of Loughrigg Fell from Stableman's is the Langdale Valley with many walks and a selection of tea rooms and pubs at Skelwith Bridge and Elterwater. Further afield, Hawkshead, Coniston, Ullswater, Keswick and Borrowdale are all easy to drive to from our base.

    Old Bakers Cottage is a cosy characterful cottage tucked away just off the centre of Grasmere. It was once a bakery serving the village, but is now an ideal honeymoon cottage. Situated on the ground floor beneath Bakers Rest, the cottage is perfect for a family or couples looking for accommodation all on one level.
    Grasmere has a number of shops including gift, walking and convenience stores. Enjoy afternoon tea in one of the tea rooms or hotels, bar meal washed down with a local ale in the pubs or enjoy a delicious meal in one of the restaurants if you are celebrating something special. The Heaton Cooper gallery is located in Grasmere opposite the village green where ice creams can be purchased and eaten while taking in the view of Helm Crag (known locally as the ‘Lion and the Lamb’). Ambleside, Windermere and Keswick are all just a short drive making it an ideal base for exploring the Lake District.

    Osprey Cottage offers stylish luxury two bedroom accommodation, both having ensuite bathrooms.. The cottage is nestled in the heart of Grasmere village. A large dining kitchen, with wooden floor and doors opening out onto the sunny sheltered garden. A cosy good sized well furnished sitting room awaits you to relax and unwind in, with a wood burning stove, again french doors leading out onto the garden.
    Osprey Cottage is a lovely spacious cottage, which attracts a lot of returning guests, because of its location and standard of decor throughout. A homemade cake is also provided to welcome you durig your stay.
    Well there really is too much to mention - Grasmere being the heart of the Lake District with loads of fabulous walks right from your front door, maps provided. The famous poet William Wordsworth's home Dove Cottage is in the village and with its museum is well worth a visit. For a night off cooking, I would recommend The Jumble Room in the village.

    Situated in the centre of the Lake Districts most popular village, Grasmere, Bakers Retreat is perfect for a family holiday at any time of year. Converted from, as the name suggests, the old bakery, the property has been updated with all modern comforts, including en-suites in each bedroom. A few minutes walk brings you to the shops, restaurants, pubs and the lake.
    Grasmere is ideally based to explore the Lake District with Ambleside a short drive south with Bowness and Windermere beyond and Keswick a short drive to the north. Surrounded by mountains it is perfect for walkers wanting to explore and look down on the stunning scenery from the top, or for those looking for gentler walks, there are a number of low level walks to be enjoyed including Grasmere Lake. The village has a number of art galleries including, tea rooms, convenience store and gift shops.

The chef's kitchen boasts Neff appliances, while yellow and blue accents brighten the open living area.
    A Unique 'loft style' apartment formerly the first floor office of the Midland Bank, Ambleside - Located in the heart of the town centre close to all amenities within walking distance to the many local restaurants and bars that Ambleside has to offer. The apartment has undergone full refurbishment and is now looking forward to welcoming guests to the property!
    Ambleside is a market town in the heart of the Lake District. Picturesque walks start right from the front door, while numerous restaurants, pubs, and shops are only steps away. A frequent bus service runs to other parts of this famous National Park.
  • Este lugar fue perfecto! Justo en el centro de Ambleside, así que todo estaba a una corta distancia a pie. El piso estaba impecable y decorado con mucho gusto. Craig fue fácil de contactar cuando era necesario, así que no tuvimos problemas con ese aspecto de nuestra estancia. El piso tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y estaba equipado con algunos electrodomésticos de alta tecnología que lo hacían sentir más lujoso. Lo único que mencionaría (pero esto no tiene nada que ver con el piso en sí) es que, como yo, eres de sueño ligero, ten en cuenta que a partir de las 6 de la mañana las calles comienzan a ser más ruidosas con las entregas de negocios y los limpiadores de calles, así que recomendaría tapones para los oídos si cree que le costará dormir. El estacionamiento detrás del edificio era ideal y nuestro automóvil se mantenía seguro y fuera de la calle. Trajimos un segundo automóvil, pero no tuvimos problemas para estacionarlo en el estacionamiento público a solo minutos (a pie) del apartamento. La tasa para esto fue de £ 15 por 3 días, lo cual no es irrazonable de ninguna manera. En general, recomendaría este lugar a todos en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Nos sentimos bien atendidos y no podríamos haber pedido un lugar mejor donde hospedarnos para que nuestras pequeñas vacaciones fueran un poco más especiales. ¡Gracias!

  • Fantástico apartamento! Súper céntrico para explorar el distrito de los lagos. El apartamento estaba ordenado, limpio, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y mucho más. El sistema de sonido Bluetooth Bose fue un buen toque junto con la tableta donde se registra, que es una guía local en sí misma. Este lugar es imprescindible para cualquiera, ya que está a poca distancia de cualquier cosa y todo, incluidos los restaurantes y pubs locales. Nos pasamos de maravilla alojándonos aquí.

  • ¡Desde el principio, este lugar cumple todos los requisitos! Consulte en un apartamento excepcionalmente fácil, muy limpio, con toques personales maravillosos y una excelente ubicación. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesita, el baño es muy amplio, como lo eran las habitaciones. No me puedo quejar de nada, perfecto para nuestras primeras vacaciones en familia con un 4 meses de edad :)

  • Fue un lugar muy elegante y atenta, sin duda, un HIGHLIGHT de nuestra visita a Lake District. El piso está justo en el centro de la zona de Ambleside y puede acceder fácilmente a las paradas de autobús. Hay varios pubs y tiendas de regalos y un Tesco local justo abajo. El piso es realmente elegante y está bien decorado, también con todos los equipos de alta calidad y una increíble variedad de servicios de mesa. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar!

  • El apartamento es hermoso y superó nuestras expectativas, ¡es mejor de lo que parece en las fotos! Todos los electrodomésticos y el mobiliario son de primera calidad y tiene todo lo que necesita para que su estancia sea cómoda. Tiene una ubicación céntrica, por lo que todo está justo a la vuelta de la esquina. El único inconveniente son las entregas de Tesco todas las mañanas, a veces tan temprano como a las 7 a.m., pero esto no arruinó nuestro disfrute ya que estábamos madrugando para llegar a las colinas. Si tiene alguna consulta, Craig responde en 5 minutos para ayudarlo, un excelente anfitrión. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

    The Wash House is an historic cottage hidden just above the centre of Ambleside. Its private sunny terrace garden covered in clematis and wisteria has views of the fells and the rooftops. Restaurants, pubs, shops and walks are on your doorstep. This compact and cosy cottage on one floor is 100 metres from the centre of Ambleside. Once a wash house, then a sculptor's studio, the Wash House has now been cleverly converted to provide everything needed for a perfect holiday in quite a small space!
    The Wash House was once used by the farmhouses of Old Ambleside before becoming the studio of Josefina de Vasconcellos. It is detached and private and has its own walled south facing terrace garden with views of Wansfell to the east and Loughrigg to the west. There is a table and chairs and two slate seats to enjoy the evening sun and the sound of Stock Ghyll beck. Bikes can be secured to the garden railings out of sight. A door from the garden leads into the comfortable sitting room with a wood burning stove. There is an LED TV with freesat, DVD player, wifi and mini hifi with usb and bluetooth. A small selection of books, DVDs, maps and games are provided for lazier days. The cosy bed box is a snug enclosed sleeping chamber. It's a bit of a squeeze but you can clamber in from both sides. There are wall lamps for reading, romantic fairy lights and a shelf at the head of the bed with space for books and drinks. Under the bed there are drawers for clothes and storage space for suitcases. Cotton bedding and ethically sourced feather duvet and pillows are provided - let us know if you have allergies and we'll change these! The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, hob, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a walk in thermostatic shower, large mirror, towel radiator. Towels are provided. The Wash House is accessed from Peggy Hill, a pedestrian lane. You can unload your car at the top (approximately 25 metres away) or at the bottom (50 metres) of Peggy Hill. Some free on street parking is available on the surrounding lanes. Otherwise the Pay and Display car park is 200 metres walk. Full details of parking will be sent to you. Access by public transport or bicycle is very easy. Ambleside can be reached by bus (often open top) from Windermere, or by ferry from Bowness. There is a shuttle service from the pier at Waterhead into the centre of Ambleside. Other things to note: The terrace is surrounded by a high wall and decorative iron railings to the south. Please be aware there is a steep drop beyond the railings. We'll send you our terms and conditions as part of the booking process and you have the option to cancel your booking if you're unhappy with them.
    Ambleside is a well known and beautiful Lake District town with plenty of shops and facilities. There are many pubs, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The Wash House is set amongst pretty stone and whitewashed cottages in the oldest part of the town above the river which you can hear clearly from the garden when it has been raining. Ambleside is in the heart of the Lake District so there is plenty to do and visit all around. You can walk to the fells from the door or do shorter trips – the beautiful Stockghyll Falls are only 15 to 20 minutes walk away. Play crazy golf, go to the cinema or relax at the Salutation Hotel Spa, which is almost next door to the Wash House.

Just a 5 minute drive (1 mile walk) to the head of Lake Windermere with amazing views and boat trips. Small dogs are welcome with a maximum of two.
    A modern 2 bedroom bungalow filled with home comforts in the popular village of Ambleside. Guests have the entire house to themselves located in a quiet and peaceful street just 5 min walk into the centre of the village. The property contains a spacious living dining area with a large 3 seater sofa and rocking chair to relax in the evening. There is a flat screen smart TV with netflix and amazon prime apps to enjoy a film and WiFi broadband throughout the house. Lots of books are provided if you want to enjoy a novel and relax along with some family favourite board games. The dining area has a 4 seater table to enjoy all the lovely meals you may want to make it the fully kitted out kitchen. Alternatively take a 5 minute walk into the village to enjoy some of the best restaurants and pubs that the lake district has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances including oven, grill, induction hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There's lots of space and a small breakfast bar with stools. A modern bathroom with a powerful shower and nice deep bath to relax after a long walk on the hills. One double bedroom with a comfy double bed for a great night's sleep. Open wardrobe and chest of draws. One twin room with two comfortable single beds, a large wardrobe and small chests of draws by each bed. Outside there is a private driveway which will easily accommodate 2 cars for off street parking. The front garden has a table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine or some food in the sunshine. There is an enclosed back garden filled with lovely plants. We allow small well behaved dogs to come and stay and have just a couple of rules which we ask you to follow. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms at any times. We also ask you not to leave the dogs unattended in the property at anytime. We only allow a maximum of two dogs and please let us know if you are bringing any dogs when you book. As your hosts we will happily answer any questions about the property or surrounding area. We are keen walkers and can give you lots of advice on where to go. We've lived in the village our whole lives and will happily direct you to the best pubs and restaurants in the area so don't hesitate to ask.
    Located on a quiet street in Ambleside. Ideally located for anyone wanting to visit and explore the lake district. From the door you can head out to walk Loughrigg fell, Wansfell or the famous Kirkstone Horseshoe. Lake Windermere is just over a mile away and Rydal and Grasmere are a short drive away. There are countless other walks and attractions within a short drive. It's a fantastic location to explore the entire national park from. There is a regular bus service and lots of taxis for anyone who arrives without a car.

    Woodland Crag cottage is situated in a small hamlet on the road to the rear of Wordsworth’s Dove Cottage close to the famous Lakeland town of Grasmere. There are just a handful of cottages and a farm in this tranquil location that it is within very easy walking distance to the centre of Grasmere. The historic property built of Lakeland stone 200 years ago now provides extremely comfortable cosy cottage accommodation for six people with all the modern equipment and facilities one could want.
    Accommodation comprises downstairs of hallway with coat and boot rack, spacious tastefully furnished lounge with feature fireplace and log burning stove, and cottage style kitchen / dining area with all modern appliances, downstairs bathroom. Upstairs you have a large double bedroom, smaller double bedroom, twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Outside there is a small well planted garden at the rear to enjoy, as well as an enclosed, shingle patio area at the front of the property. Parking is available outside the cottage.
    Grasmere is only a short walk down the lane. Famous for being home to William Wordsworth; he once described it as “the loveliest spot that man hath ever found”. The Wordsworth Cottage and museum are a short stroll from the cottage. Now the town is a bustling hive of activity and one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Lake District. It is home to the famous Sarah Nelson’s Gingerbread and the traditional bakery and quaint shop is well worth the visit. It has several art galleries, gift shops, a selection of outdoor equipment retailers, and a Co-op convenience store.

Wake up and sip coffee on the bench outside, stroll to the village and lake shore, celebrate a special occasion in one of Ambleside's acclaimed Lake District restaurants and rest-up in your peaceful retreat. Accommodation in detail A traditional stained glass porch leads to the cosy, oak-beamed living / dining room with open fire and original range stove. Underheated slate floors, deep-cushioned sofa and a traditional window seat. The kitchen area is colourful with painted wood and cherrywood furniture. Half-way upstairs a barn door opens out to a path that leads to the small rear garden and sun deck. We have a large laundry outhouse and bike storage. Upstairs again to the spacious Hans Grohe bathroom and romantic bedroom, with vaulted ceiling, bespoke fitted wardrobes, dressing room and views over neighbouring gardens to Wansfell.
    We can recommend the pub The Golden Rule for a good pint, conveniently one minute from the property. Both the Thai restaurants are very good, also the Indian and we all love the Apple Pie bakery - we cant recommend the bath buns enough!!

    The Parsonage at Sweden How in Ambleside is a wonderful house for larger groups to enjoy the delights of the Lakes. It is a substantial property situated high on a hill overlooking the town from which guests can step into some the loveliest scenery in the area. It was built in the 1880s as the original parsonage or rectory for Ambleside and later divided into separate dwellings. The Parsonage comprises about half of the original building and has 7 double/twin bedrooms sleeping up to 14 guests.
    You enter the property through a spacious hallway with a wood burning stove and locally made pew ideal for storing coats and boots after your day on the hills. This leads through into a games room with pool table, a variety of games, a DVD player and TV that can be linked to games consoles. From here you can step into the conservatory, which gets the sun most of the day and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The underfloor heating makes it cosy even in winter. The modern and luxurious kitchen is very spacious and a wonderful space to gather at any time of the day. It is equipped with all modern appliances (including two dishwashers) and a large range cooker capable of catering for 14 guests. There is a large feature central island unit, and ample refrigeration and freezer space. Just off the kitchen is the main dining area with a huge solid oak table, which can seat 14, and a wood burning stove. The lounge is just off the games room and also features a wood burning stove as well as a bookcase full of local walking and climbing guidebooks to help you explore the area. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Three of these are ensuite and there is also a separate luxury shower room. On the second floor there is an additional luxury bathroom (with large shower cubicle) and two further bedrooms, one double and one twin ideal for children. To the rear of the property is a large well established terraced garden with lawns and seating areas that have beautiful views of the hills. Private Parking is available at the front of the property for up to 3 vehicles. Further street parking is available locally.
    A great advantage of this property is that you have the best of both the fells and village. Ambleside with its many amenities is just a five minute stroll from the front door. Five minutes in the other direction up Sweden Bridge Lane takes you out into the fells with spectacular views of the Langdale Pikes. Indeed if you are feeling energetic it is possible to walk from the Parsonage to the top of Helvellyn without crossing a road! The Parsonage is ideally situated to access all of the attractions in the Lake District National Park. Bowness on Windermere is less than 6 miles by road, or you could take a ferry down the lake from nearby Waterhead. Close by you have Grasmere and Hawkshead and Keswick is approximately 17 miles away.

    Apartment on the ground floor of a 300 year old, Grade 2 listed Lakeland barn. Quiet location, off street parking by the door, mountain views. New kitchen and wet room, underfloor & central heating, wood burning stove. One bedroom with kingsize bed.
    This is a quirky, c.300 year old building and is part of a group of buildings on the Ambleside Heritage Trail that are the oldest in the town. The site was the first to be settled in what is now Ambleside, over 1,000 years ago. It is constructed of Lakeland stone and is Grade 2 Listed. The walls are 2 feet thick and the interior contains ships timbers salvaged from the Cumbrian coast. The kitchen and wet room are new and contemporary, yet blend with the old world feel of the apartment. There is always plenty of hot water to relax under the shower after a day in the fells and the wood burning stove provides a cosy focal point in the evenings.
    The barn is above the town in the Conservation Area with very little passing traffic, yet only two minutes walk down ancient lanes to the centre of Ambleside. The town is the centre of everything to do with 'the great outdoors' in The Lakes and there are plenty of walks from the door, including the classic 11 mile mountain walk called The Fairfield Horseshoe. Ambleside is at the north end of England's longest lake Windermere and is surrounded on the other three sides by mountains - all easily accessible by car including over the Kirkstone Pass to Ullswater and up the Langdale valley.

La calefacción por suelo radiante en la cocina y el baño era un lujo y una ubicación adicional en el clavo.   • ¡Qué gran pocos días que tuvimos en los lagos, permaneciendo en Cómo Jefe Granero. Desde primera reserva; Robin era genial, nos dio una cálida bienvenida, fue informativo y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia. Cómo Jefe Granero es un espacio de vida autónomo hermosa que está a un corto paseo de la ciudad pero tranquilo y privado al mismo tiempo. El piso tiene un toque moderno que realza el carácter antiguo del edificio y hace que sea un gran lugar para disfrutar de unas relajadas tardes. El moderno cuarto de baño y la cocina son realmente fácil de usar y eficiente con todo lo necesario y la sala de estar es agradable y acogedora, especialmente con el fuego estallar de distancia! En general, nuestra estancia fue un gran descanso, complementado por Robin y la ubicación impresionante, sin duda recomendaría una estancia con Robin en Cómo Jefe Granero si usted está mirando para explorar la región de los lagos.

  • La ubicación es fabulosa y una gran casa llena de carácter. Robin era muy acogedor y nos hizo sentir a gusto. Todo en la ciudad fue en tan sólo unos pocos minutos a pie. El alojamiento era una mezcla encantadora de características antiguas y toques modernos. Me gustó especialmente la estufa de leña, muy atmosférico! Cocina moderna y baño de configuración tan perfecto para la cocina ... aunque lo hicimos comer fuera un montón, ya que no había mucho donde elegir. Volveremos sin duda!

    Teal Nook is a self catering poperty, where you can relax and enjoy the ambiance of the Lake District, with a small private garden, private parking and sun balcony.
    Some Sectacular walking awaits you right on your doorsetep from a gentle walk round Grasmere Lake, or walk over Loughrigg down to Elterwater and have lunch at the Britannia Inn or for the more challenging there is the dizzy heights of Helvellyn. There is of course some fabulous places of interest to visit Dove Cottage the renowed poet William Wordsworths home, Beartrix Potter Museum in Windermere to name just a couple.

    Homely one bedroom apartment in Ambleside!!. Amazing location with parking for a car. A few minutes walk from ambleside centre. This is a dedicated holiday home and is managed by Grasmere Cottages. It is equiped as such for its 3 star rating by Visit england. Towels and bedding included.
    The lounge ceiling is beautiful and its a super cosy place to stay. Its location is excellent for access to local areas.
    Its ambleside the perfect place for a lake district stay. Walk the hills and visit the lakes from the door step. Loads of pubs and they start just down the road.
