Monumento / Lugar emblemático
“The TV tower - great view, there is also cafe and restaurant. I must worn you that both the entrance fee and the restaurant is bit costly. On the TV tower there are huge statues of small children by localy famous artist David Černý. If you do not want to give the money and you are here during warm months of the year go there at least to enjoy coffee or food right under it. There is another restaurant there called MIMINO which is perfect in hot weather as you sit in the park. Just love it there. ”

“Roxy is one of Prague's oldest and best-known clubs, and over the years has attracted big name DJ's as well as bands. The slightly dilapidated interior and big open spaces gives Roxy more of a warehouse feel than a modern club, the rawness of it fitting the style of music. The dance floor is large, and there is cool lighting and video projections. You need to experience this!”

“Located in the beautiful residental neighborhood of Vinohrady, famous for houses with pastel Art Nouveau facades, there are many parks, one of the most beaufirul and interesting ones is Havlíčkovy - Grébovka Park. Full of ancient trees, winding paths, a lovely Neo Renaissance palace, a wooden Victorianesque wine pavilion perched next to a vineyard and mysterious grotto.”

“In the 10th century, 70 years after the establishment of Prague Castle, a church and fortified trading post were built on a cliff top overlooking the Vltava River, on the heights of Vysehrad. Although not much remains of the castle today, Vysehrad Park none-the-less makes a pleasant excursion out of the hustle and bustle of Prague's city centre. ”

Teatro
“National Theatre in Prague is a stunning neo-Renaissance building dating from 1868-83. It is instantly recognisable from the river, its golden roof gleaming in the sunshine on fine weather days. The theatre is set on the Old Town / New Town bank of the Vltava River, one bridge along from Charles Bridge. For Czech people, the National Theatre is one of the most important cultural institutions in Prague - since inception, a symbol of the Czech National Revival. ”

Iglesia
“the St Vitus cathedral is one of the attractions located in the castle grounds. It is visible from all around the city of Prague. Although the cathedral looks many hundreds of years old, it was in fact completed in 1929. Many treasures await visitors including the tomb of St John of Nepomunk, the splendid Chapel of St Wenceslas and the magnificent art nouveau stained glass.”

“Kampa is an island on the Vltava River in Prague's Lesser Quarter, from which it is separated by the Čertovka mill. The area of the island is 5.2 ha. The earliest mention of Kampa Island is in the foundation charter of the Hospitaller Church of St. John of 1169. The island's present appearance was modified by the terrain and the Čertovka riverbed.”

“Once a normal wall, since the 1980s it has been filled with John Lennon-inspired graffiti and pieces of lyrics from Beatles' songs. Located in a small and secluded square across from the French Embassy, the wall received its first such decoration following the 1980 assassination of John Lennon when an unknown artist painted a single image of the singer-songwriter and some lyrics.”
