This was one of the most charming places we've ever stayed at. Spacious and lovingly renovated, with lots of character, well maintained and clean. The house is well equipped for short and long stays, we felt comfortable and (EMAIL HIDDEN)munication with Pippa was very pleasant and she was available to answer any questions.
We had a wonderful stay in this home when my family (husband, 23 month old , 4 week old baby) & I first relocated to Perth. We spent 4 weeks here & it truly felt like home. It has character & warmth and is close to the train, shops & lovely parks. The outdoor pergola area was a lovely place to spend the afternoons when the sea breeze blew in. The house is equipped with everything you could need & we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a base not far from the CBD. Host Pippa & caretaker Kerry were both so lovely to deal with from the initial booking right through to check out. We had to stay on a little longer than first expected until we found a permanent home in Perth and they were both very helpful & flexible regarding this. Thank you for having us! :)

We had a lovely time in this beautiful old house, very homely with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Great outdoor area and big rooms that made staying with the family very comfortable. The neighbourhood was fun to explore with great little shops a close walk down the road and also close to the train station, making it easy to head to the city and Freo.
Our stay at Heritage home was magic! Our 5 year old daughter told us that this is the best little home in the world! From the first moment we fell in love with Heritage home. The interior is beautiful and the home is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very good. We were close to the train station with a short train ride to Perth city. The garden is also beautiful with a lemon tree and olive trees. Pippa and Kerry were extremely helpful and friendly. We were sad to leave. We strongly recommend Heritage Home!

I will have to stay Rosy and Phil have provided me an excellent service. 1. Really quick respond. I had mine less than 1 hour. I booked my room on the day of arrival due to urgency. 2. airport pick up by Phil. i arrived in perth @11.00PM! 3. friendly, and they are good with surrounding area. 4. you have your own privacy. the room is detached, and its pretty sweet!! 5. tea coffee breakfast, WIFI included - theres pool too 6. list goes on. I have only stayed for 1 night, but if I'm going to stay in Perth for longer. This is the place. Thanks Rosy and Phil!

The room is basically a pool house, a pleasant room with brand spanking new furnishings as well as a bath and shower. It is detached from the main house and quite private. Note that the bath/shower is not en suite but rather around the corner – inside the pool house. Another thing to note is that the bed is a sofabed. This was fine for me, but it might not be right for people with sensitive backs. Rosy & Phil are welcoming and kind, and prepared lovely breakfasts and also invited me to a delicious dinner and what ended up being effectively a wine tasting. They are lots of fun, as are their kids. I highly recommend this stay, especially to a couple or a single traveller. Lastly, the location is also very nice, not far from exciting Leederville and the Leederville railway station.
This place was perfect for what I needed for 3 days. I was made to feel very welcome but also had my own space. Very neat and tidy. It was nice to have breakfast included. It is nice and close to Leederville which is a great cafe and food area. I would definitely stay again.
Rosy and Phil offer a beautiful room including a small bathroom, and much more! You maybe a customer but they make you feel like a personal guest. They care about everything you might need and support you in every possible way, be it hints for places to visit or a pick-up at the trainstation.
Rosy, Phil and family were very welcoming and helpful. The detached 'pool house' accommodation looked just like the photos and the included breakfast was great. Rosy is a fantastic cook - even utilising some fresh ingredients from the garden! It is unfortunate that we were often not available to take up the offers for dinner, but we were grateful nonetheless. I would definately recommend staying here. Thank you for being great hosts!

This was really good value with private bathroom, lounge and bedroom with a small kitchenette. Keith kindly let us use his kitchen when we needed it. Keith and his wife were extremely hospitable but also gave us privacy. The linen was luxurious and there were lovely restaurants nearby. My husband really enjoyed body surfing at the beach just 5 minutes away via car.

The host welcomed us with a friendly and welcome tour and provided us with all fresh ingredients the morning we arrived and was also kind enough to give us a check out as late as I possible, without charge. Such a lovely weekend away in such a beautifully clean and furnished home away from home.
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Joondalup Golf Retreat with the great hospitality shown by Anja and the house having everything that was needed it was a hard choice whether to go out and about or stay in and relax. The location is also very good with some shops near by at Currambine and the larger mall Lakeside mall not being far away. Christmas spirit was very much in the. air in the surroundings as neighbours competed for bragging rights making the stay very pleasant. Definitely a listing worth recommending.
What a lovely stay at a beautiful property. Everything was so well-thought through...including a heartwarming welcome "basket" of goodies to settle us into the stay. Gorgeous views of the sunrise as well - we will definitely be back to stay when we visit Perth again. Thank you for the hospitality, it was truly like a home away from home.
The Townhouse is well situated in a quiet street. Our host met us and provided a wonderful welcome pack - she was warm and friendly and provided everything we needed to get us through the first night. The townhouse is spacious and very beautifully decorated as well as being very clean. The outlook to the golf course is really beautiful and early morning we saw kangaroos and kookaburras. We loved our stay in this townhouse and will certainly recommend it to friends. We have family in Perth and visit regularly - so it's great to have found this little gem of a place.

Wir haben traumhafte 10 Tage in Perth verlebt und uns in dieser Zeit in Joondalup sehr wohl gefühlt. Anja hat uns sehr herzlich im Haus empfangen, obwohl wir wesentlich später kamen als geplant. Alle Räume sind modern und freundlich eingerichtet und ansprechend dekoriert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was benötigt wird. Wir haben die Wohnung super sauber vorgefunden und uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön liegt der Master Bedroom im 1.Stock mit einem super bequemen Bett, einem kleinen Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf den angrenzenden Golfplatz. Das Haus liegt nur ca. 8 min vom Strand entfernt, den wir morgens gern genossen haben. Anja war immer sehr freundlich und hat bei auftretenden kleinen Problemen sofort reagiert und geholfen. Wir fanden bei Ankunft einen mit frischem Obst, Orangensaft, Milch und vielen leckern Dingen gefüllten Kühlschrank vor, so dass wir morgens lecker frühstücken konnten ohne vorher eingekauft zu haben. Insgesamt können wir sagen, dass wir eine tolle Zeit in Joondalup verlebt haben und uns hier gerne noch einmal für alle Hilfe bedanken möchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
Thank you Joondalup Golf Retreat for a wonderful stay at your gorgeous townhouse. We stayed for 5 nights and with the close proximity of the Town House to Shops, Restaurants, Cinemas, Beach and Golf Course we managed to fit a bit of everything in. We also attended a Wedding at the Joondalup Resort which was only a short distance from the Town House. The Retreat is very comfortable and everything has been thought of including an amazing welcome pack. Thank you Anja for being the perfect host. We will definitely book again and recommend the Joondalup Golf Retreat to friends.

Carl was helpful and prompt in his replies. Even though we did not have the change to meet him, he made arrangements for someone to meet up and walk us through the apartment. The apartment was nice and cozy. Free Wifi provided was good, more than adequate for web browsing. Kitchen was well stocked, and Carl kindly provided a complimentary carton of bottled water. The location's one of the main draw of the apartment, with many eateries located within short walking distance. The secure parking garage also came in handy. With such competitive pricing coupled with such a friendly and responsible host, this is a really value for money apartment if you are planning to stay with a friend.

Staying at Jane and Chris's was perfect for my first trip to Perth. I found the area really accessible, especially to Curtin University. Shops and food also really close and easy to get to only 5-10minute walk down the road. The house set up was perfect, lovely and private with enough room to relax and also study. The breakfast room was also well set out and well equipped with everything you need. I met both Jane and Chris and they were very friendly, the house feels safe and comfortable. I had a great stay and would definitely go back on my next trip to Perth .
The first thing we saw when we stepped into the hallway was a cute little welcome note on the chalkboard which Jane wrote. Very spacious (much bigger than I thought) and with a lot of privacy. Nice and clean bathroom with all the necessities (towels, toiletries etc) provided. An informative booklet/like a handbook on the table to let you know where are the nice cafes/restaurants/places near her place. Very thoughtful host. We really enjoy our stay!
My partner and I stayed for a period of 7 nights. The location is great, far enough to be quiet but close enough to the city! The whole side of our house was clean and spacious, the toilet was also very clean with all the bathing essentials provided, there were even refills too. Upon checking in, bread, milk and some other food like weetbix and instant oats were already in the breakfast room. Apart from barbecuing, if you're planning to cook during your stay, you'll have to do it on the bbq pit on the front porch. Basic bbq utensil like tongs and cutlery are provided, but that's about it.. Be sure to bring your own if these aren't sufficient. My partner and I brought our small pot and pan used for camping so we were able to fry eggs and even cook soup! Overall a very pleasant and private stay in a beautiful neighbourhood (:
Immaculately presented room and living quarters, including private bathroom and living area. Hosts went to great lengths to cover off all bases, including preparing a guide for getting the most out of the area and Perth more generally. Due to our hectic schedules, I only briefly had contact with the hosts, but both were super friendly. Victoria Park itself is a great area. Bustling, multicultural and teeming with awesome restaurants, bars and cafes. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Very impressed overall.
We rented 2 rooms for our group of 3. The rooms provided were very spacious and we felt that our lodging was almost like our own home. To top it off, the pantry had delicious cereal, coffee and tea provided for free. Everything was spot on and we couldn't ask for more!

The Tuscan Delight is a charming apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood. Brenda was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The real beds and Sheridan sheets were awesome! Brenda had provided cereal, oranges and a jug of milk to welcome us. We enjoyed total privacy during our stay and would totally recommend it to others!

Good location at a very quiet town Claremont (few minutes to Kings Park and WA Uni, etc.), clean and well equipped suite, nice garden, convenient parking at garage, close to town/shopping center (Jack's and Coles supermarkets, wine shop and restaurants opened late). We had one luggage undelivered by airline to Perth from Adelaide - very upset but thanks Brenda and Rachel for your great helps. The charger you lendered us powered our phones which kept us active while staying in Perth. My son Daniel broke leg in Kings Park - appreciate Rachel's taking care of him. Michelle and Daniel love the little teddy dog very much - they appeal to have one either back home. Brenda, thank you very much for the good news on our luggage you brough us on the Chinese Lunar New Year's Eve. Fantastic experience at Reena's! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The shared areas- kitchen, living room, balcony, pool were all great spaces as well and gave us the opportunity to chat with Reena-a real treat! Overall, a lovely experience in Perth, would stay here again and highly recommend Reena's to anyone planning a holiday to Perth.
We enjoyed our stay at reena's lovely apartment. It is very accessible to the city. Being within the free transport zone was such a treat! It was the first time that I have booked a private room on Airbnb. Reena was the perfect host for this experience. She is really kind and was helpful - whenever needed - but also gave me my privacy - whenever required. The apartment was cozy and clean and perfect for renting one room as both bed rooms and bathrooms were separated by the lounge. The apartment is walking distance from Perth CBD. But you could also take any bus for free. Restaurants are just around the corner. I have really enjoyed staying with Reena and Jeff and recommend it.
Reena has accommodate my needs for the early check in on the first day of my arrival. The airport bus, number 380 from Terminal 1 could reach just opposite of her apartment. Her apartment is centrally located in Perth city. It is convenient to travel around from her apartment either by foot or by the free public bus. It is value for money. The comments from other visitors below, I testify it as true which I don't have to repeat it from here again.
Reena was a fantastic host. She went to great trouble to make sure we had no trouble getting into her apartment as she had to be out at the time we were arriving. She had left messages on email but we had already left home and were not accessing our emails. She also offerred us a continental breakfast which was most unexpected. The apartment is in a very convenient part of Perth city and the free buses operate nearby. The bus from the airport also stops outside which makes for a very economical way of getting from the airport. I would definitely recommend Reena's apartment, it was very comfortable and Reena was very happy to share her lounge room with us and engage in interesting conversation. Thanks Reena.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Der Bus ist direkt vor der Haustür und man ist dann in 5-10 Minuten im absoluten Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und Reena und Jeff sind sehr nett und machten mir den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Sollte ich nochmal nach Perth kommen, würde ich gerne wieder bei Ihnen übernachten. The Apartment is really very good located. The bus stop is directly in front of the Apartmenthouse and several busses takes you in 5-10 minutes directly to citycenter. The Apartment is exactly as describe and Reena and Jeff are very nice and made my stay very pleasant. For sure I would stay there again if I come to Perth.

Erica is a very nice lady who welcomed us with heaps of big smiles on her face. We stayed here for 1 night to celebrate our 6th Valentine and had a super great time! The interior design makes the rooms look modern and spacious despite its humble ground size. The neighbourhood is quiet, clean and safe - makes it hard to believe that the house is only minutes to the city.

Accommodation exactly as described - very comfortable -comfy bed, lounge with XL flat screen TV - everything you would need is on hand - car parking at door which is very handy. The stay could not be better. Very beautiful 5-star penthouse with private marble ensuite, Brian and Anthony had everything prepared for us, even down to the extension chord, espresso pods and even ear plugs! Loved the indoor Koi pond and really appreciated the use of the washing machine and dryer as we had been at camp. Brian was very kind to pick us up from Curtin University on arrival day and sent us back to the airport and recommended many tourist sights, but above all, lovely people to stay with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's apartment, which is situated very close to Claisebrook train station and the Perth CBD. Brian is a very friendly and helpful young man who always cares about the accommodation. We both felt very much at home during our stay! We spent in total 4 months with Brian and never once had any complaints or issues. We had a great stay at Brian's place. Brian's place is right opposite the train station and the free CAT bus. It is only 2 station away from Perth city using train. Both train and CAT bus are free if you ride it within the city. Just hop on! A bonus to Brian's place is that you even get your own private hotel standard bathroom with bathtub. The hot shower is great too! Brian is a nice person and easy to get along with. Also, you will definitely love the 2 pomeranian! They are so adorable! It's was awesome to stay in Brian's Accommodation. The environment design is totally same as what the picture show out. The room is completely with the facility and other electrical item and the bed come with heater function while stay in the cold winter period is really feeling warm in night. 2 little puppies was cute, we do enjoy the puppies come over play with us in several time. Other, the location is easy touch down to city and other places with nearest public transport like train and yellow cat bus. It is a great location for families, with lots of local parks with play equipment, including a small one right across the road! A short drive or walk away (900 metres) is Centro Dianella Shopping Centre, with supermarkets, specialty stores and plenty of take away options. The Morley Galleria Mall and the popular Coventry Village Markets are both just 2km away (4 minute drive), great for shopping, supermarkets (including one open 24 hours), movies (Events Cinema), and lots of restaurants to choose from, including, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Greek ect. There is a 24 hour Spudshed supermarket at the Coventry Markets, and 24 hour take away burgers (Hungry Jacks) on route. Alternatively, 4km away on Beaufort Street there is a 24 hour IGA supermarket. There are many fabulous restaurants, bars and pubs on this street also. The Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre is 2.5 km away, and has indoor and outdoor pools plus a gym. Or for those who like to run/walk Yokine Reserve is a Perth favourite and also just 2.5km away. There are local Halal options including Vrbas Halal Butchers at the Coventry Village Markets, and Charcoal Chicken Cafe at Dianella Shopping Centre. The nearest bus stop is a 1 minute walk away, and offers bus number 68 to the City or Mount Lawley (a great eating/drinking destination). Within 10 minute walk there are a number of other bus stops, particularly on Walter Road, Morley Drive and Alexander Drive. The Morley Bus Station is 2km away, or the Bayswater Train Station is 4km away. You can check out Perth public transport options, including a journey planner, on the Transperth website. I do recommend hiring a car for trips to Perth, it is a sprawling city with lots of great places to visit on the outskirts of town (i.e. the Swan Valley), and public transport is not as flexible. The Domestic and International Airports both offer all the usual car rentals companies (Redspot, Thrifty, Budget etc), and this saves the taxi costs to and from the house. I recommend Bayswater Car Rental, just 5km away from the house, it is well priced (likely to be cheaper even taking into account the taxi journey). The main taxi company in Perth is Swan Taxi's, they have a journey price calculator on their website. UBER is now also in Perth, and offer a much cheaper alternative to taxis. • Use my referral code: kelliej41 to get $10 AUD off your first journey. The Perth airports are a short drive away, 9km to the Domestic Airport or 14km to the International Airport. They are very easy to access via the nearby Tonkin Hwy. LGBT friendly. My suggestions on places to visit in Perth; Perth Beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world. It is just a 15 min drive to Scarborough or Trigg. Swan Valley is filled with loads of wineries, breweries and restaurants to try. If you would like to sample a few, try one of the boat cruises or bus tours. (20min drive) Kings Park overlooks Perth's Swan River, and is a great place for picnics and outdoor movies in the summer (15min drive) Caversham wildlife park is a brilliant place to meet Australian wildlife including Koalas and Kangaroos. It is perfect for day for family fun! (20min drive) Hillary's Boat Harbour is a fun place to eat and drink! Why not visit AQWA and get close and personal with some underwater wildlife! (25min drive) Fremantle has some fantastic restaurants (Little Creatures Brewery is a must try), and markets. Or, for something a little different, why not take a cruise out to sea and do some whale watching! (30min drive) The magical and much-loved Rottnest Island, situated just off the coast (an hours journey by boat), is free of cars and the destination for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is my first time using Airbnb and we were impressed by the house and the information provided by the host. She is not only very informative but also helpful during our stay. The house is also fully equipped with cooking utensils and cleaning utensils. It is very comfortable to live in, my baby daughter love the place so much. Even though for us it is quite a walk to get to the bust stop, so relied heavily on uber service. Then again, this place is fantastic! If we have the chance to visit Perth in the future, we'll definitely stay here again!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The house is spacious, equipped with everything a home needs and has a really good comfortable feel about it. There are many great nearby shopping malls and eating joints within a mere 5 to 10-minute drive. The owner is super responsive and has compiled the most clear and comprehensive notes I have ever seen by an Air bnb host for her guests. This place gets 2 thumbs up!
Kellie is a very good host. I had so many questions to her (because it was my first time using airbnb) and she answered all my questions patiently and promptly. Kellie had provided all the information one day before our check in date (e.g.: exact location, where she put the key as we got no chance to meet up etc.) so I was able to find the house and get in the house easily. The house is clean, quiet and it is exactly the same as the photos! She even prepared an information book (nearest petrol station, market, suggestions on places to visit etc.) which is very useful for us! I would definitely recommend this house to my friends when they are planning to travel to Perth!
Fantastic host. Kellie is very thoughtful to the slightest details. Everything you required is provided in the house from toiletries , cookies and coffee/tea. Car is parked literally at your doorstep. Very cosy homely feel. My kids and parents felt so comfortable staying in this house. Is near to a very big Morley shopping centre that has every shops you can think of. In conclusion, i will definitely stay here in my next visit again.

The bedroom has a hotel quality queen bed ensemble with a firm mattress and a study nook. The walk-in hanging wardrobe space is also very spacious. The view of the city and Perth arena is fantastic from the spacious balcony. Swipe and key. If you need to let your guests in there is an intercom system with first top black button to open the doors and second button to let people in the lift to our level. Please email and more than happy to give you tips on local eateries, shopping and events. Heart of Perth city/west end. Shopping, theatre, dining, grocery store all at the tips of your finger. Northbridge with food and live music venues and the train are 2mins away. We can recommend Endota Day Spa, Xtendbarre, Box n Gym, Cove Yoga all literally steps away. If you walk 10-15mins you reach the river, Kings Park, East Perth. Perth Arena, His Majesty's Theatre, State Theatre, Art Gallery are 2-5mins away. Uncle Joes, Varnish, Flour Factory and La Veen, The Old Faithful are our neighbours. It really is a luxurious hideaway in a super convenient location. There is parking available for $25/day. Free CAT buses. The train is only a 5min walk away. Most things are only a walk or train away including Cottesloe Beach and Fremantle. There's a shuttle from the airport or taxi is very convenient. Santhar was there to greet me, was very friendly but kept it brief and left me to it, a nice balance! The property is absolutely beautiful and the building itself even more so! Location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the station, or the CBD, as well as the museum and library. It's lovely but wasn't kept awake by the nightlife as the property is well insulated for sound and the bedroom is conveniently away from balcony. Would definitely come again!
What a terrific apartment in an even better location. If you like architecture and art then Manhattan in King Street will bring you a lot of pleasure. The apartment is huge, with an unusual layout and the bedroom in an elevated area closed off with frosted glass doors. If you're a lighter sleeper like me and need complete darkness and quiet, then closing the bedroom walls/doors is a must as the curtains in the lounge still let some light in. The bed was very comfortable which is always a bonus! As I was staying in town for work, I was thankful for the wifi setup and the massive dining table where I spent the mornings working. I was also thankful for the dozens of great cafes and eating spots right at the doorstop!

This has to be THE place to stay in the Perth CBD. Strategically located close to the shopping district, trains and food outlets (like 150m walk!). The unit itself was fantastic, well kept and clean, clean towels and sheets in both the rooms, beautifully decorated, equipped with good quality amenities; washer, drier, toaster, dishwasher, oven, gas hood & hob, coffee maker(with an awesome array of coffees and teas!), basically everything you need and more. Most importantly our kids loved the place and the only trouble they had was being woken up from their super comfy beds! We felt safe and secure in the quaint little refurbished warehouse building. Groceries if needed was close by in an adjacent building (Coles). The host Angela greeted us on arrival, showed us around the place including a short walk in and around the building and general directions around. She was very pleasant and accomodating and was easily contactable, replying texts with useful information. There were extras thrown in at our request and needs. We made a last minute trip to Perth and made a booking only about a week prior to arrival and almost just 'settled' for this place as the more popular ones with tons or reviews were taken up. We were concerned about the lack of reviews especially travelling with little children. What greeted us on arrival was a very beautiful, safe and well-kept home that we and our kids loved immediately. We were lucky that this recently-listed place was available for us to book as I predict soon it's going to be the best place in the Perth CBD once the reviews come pouring in.

In regards to public transport, Perth metropolitan public transport, including trains, buses and ferries, are provided by Transperth, with links to rural areas provided by Transwa. There are 70 railway stations and 15 bus stations in the metropolitan area. The rail system has recently undergone significant redevelopment, with a new railway line built between Perth and Mandurah which doubled the length of Perth's railways. Additionally, The Indian Pacific passenger rail service connects Perth with Adelaide and Sydney via Kalgoorlie. The apartment has been renovated from top to bottom, for the purpose of welcoming travellers during their stay in Perth. Having used AirBnB ourselves during our travels we noted what was most important to us whilst we were on the road and endeavoured to ensure they would be a part of our apartment. There is parking available at the front of our home, but this may not undercover. Pre-arrangement for keys to access is emailed to you, prior to your arrival. The apartment is entirely separate to our house, so if an uninterrupted retreat is your priority, then this space is perfect for you. However we will always extend a welcome to a shared barbecue wherever possible. We love how quiet our neighborhood is. Getting to and from our house is very easy because there are many public transport options available, which are all located close to our home. I am a yoga teacher and I teach classes in my home, I will always let you know when the classes are on. But I want to reassure you that I do not operate early morning classes and if you feel the class may impede on your stay I can arrange for the class to be held elsewhere or I will run a very quiet class. We will send entry instructions to you in an email, just before your arrival. You MUST check your email to gain entry into the Apartment, as the key is in a Lock-Box at the front of our home - while the entry to the Apartment is at the back of our home. GREAT STAY! Though we were only there for such a short trip - Saturday evening through Sunday at 4 am due to an early flight - it was perfect for what we needed. You could definitely utilize the space well with proximity to Perth, the airport and Fremantle!
WOW, We cant wait to head back over to Perth, if for no other reason than to stay with Sandy & Joe! We had a lovely time with them, although we were there for work, we managed to get to know them a bit and enjoyed their beautiful home, caring advice and scrummy yummy breakfast and dinner on our last night. We had a very enjoyable stay at Sandy and Joe's house. It's very close to the mall, Vic Park restaurants strip and a very nice park. It was a breeze to check in to the house. Sandy and Joe came to greet us upon check in. The bedroom was very nice and we would def come back!
Sandy and Joe's apartment is clean, comfortable and in a quiet location and at the same time close to shops, restaurants and the airport. We enjoyed exploring the walking path around Tomato Lake as well as the neighbourhood. Absolutely loved the Secret Garden. This is one great Airbnb property. We will be back to stay again.

Linda met us on arrival, showed us how to use the underground car park and lifts to the flat. Linda explained how everything worked, gave us tips on sight seeing and on restaurants. Linda and her partner made me very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable and suited my stay perfectly. It is in convenient walking distance to most of Perth City and the free bus 2 minutes walk away is an added luxury. Having a secure parking spot was so good. Linda is a super good host. She is very responsive to our queries before heading to Perth. Provided many good travelling suggestion, from car rental, to how to commute to the apartments. She is very flexible for our check in too. Personally showed us around for her nice and well equiped apartment. It is exactly the same as showed on the pictures. The location is CBD, convenience to travel without a car as the bus stop is just a few minutes walk. Many tourist spots are walkable distance. 5 mins walk to swan river, we enjoy the jogging and cycling around. We have a very nice vacation during our stay in Perth. Last but not least, we are very impressed by Linda's kind consideration to help us to look for the missing cable after our check out. She is a super good host. We will return to book here if we come to Perth again in future.
Linda was the consummate host. When I realized that my flight landed at 1:30 am, she agreed to meet me at the apartment whenever I arrived. This was above and beyond all expectation even though I did pay for an extra day since I needed to be sleeping 7 hours before check in! Jean welcomed me in the middle of the night, quickly showed me around the house and got me into bed. Had a really warm welcome. Neighbourhood is great and safe. Claire's place is modern and very stylish. A great location as it's not far from town and we can easily take the train to the city centre. Claire is very friendly and waited for us although we arrived later than we originally thought. Definitely will stay with her again if we revisit Perth.

Our stay in Claire's really stylisch new Apartment was perfect, it exceeded our expectations by far. Claire is very generous and she was extremely helpful in every respect, also in spending a lot of time with getting our motorcycle out of customs and quarantine. As soon as we arrived at Claire and Antony's house we felt like being at home. Not only the apartment is amazing, but it's even better than what you can imagine from the pics. The location is perfect. It's 3 minutes walking distance from Claisbroock train station (free zone) and it's walking distance to the cbd and northbridge. Theese two guys from New Zeland are really beautiful. We shared dinners together, days at the beach and time together. They are really nice and sociable, and and they love meeting new people and share time with them (they also learned some Italian). They showed us the city (by bycicle) and they took us to the best places in Perth. They are perfect hosts and we can say we are frinds now. :)

Jono's place was impeccably clean, tidy and ideally located in the heart of the Perth CBD. The bed was comfortable and the adjacent en-suite and walk-in-wardrobe was a real bonus. Magnificent it was. No hyperbole here. We checked in early afternoon coming from the north and checked out late the next morning going to the airport. Intelligent, gracious, responsible hosts. Everything was easy. The room very fine and breakfast on the balcony a delight. That really is the view from the room and balcony (but only 30 degrees of a 180 view --all lovely). The view at night is equally awesome. Restaurants down on the main street (1 Km or so). Best seafood chowder ever at Clancey's Seafood House. Thank you Viv for the tip about Heathcote Park. Trip to the airport was a straight shot.
We had an amazing experience staying with Barry and Viv. They are really the epitome of what I imagine air bnb' concept is meant to be. Barry and Viv are lovely, extremely welcoming, friendly and made us feel welcome in their home. They have a beautiful home in a wonderful location. The bed was super comfortable and they also provide some food for breakfast! When you wake up in the morning, you can see people running, cycling, sailing and Wakeboarding. It makes you want to be active as well. Would highly recommend staying with Barry & Viv if you're dropping by Perth!
Barry met us at the front door with a smile and an introduction to the house. The description was a great fit, the house is huge and in a wonderful spot. We had all we needed for breakfast and more. The bed was amazing, super comfy and fluffy, so was the view. If we go to Perth we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
We were in February 2016 for ten days with 4 adults guests in Barry and Vivs house.We would come back anytime !!! Barry and Viv are excellent and very friendly hosts. Barry and Viv were at the door to welcome us to their home. The room was as shown if not better. Breakfast cereals and bread; coffee, tea, milk and orange juice were available in the room which meant we could breakfast when we wanted to. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony watching the activities on the river. Transport into Perth was very easy. A bus stopped just round the corner to go to the station with trains to Perth and Mandurah running very frequently. We loved staying with Barry and Viv and were sad to leave as we had felt so at home after just one week.
We booked 7 nights here for our arrival to Perth with a view to getting long term accommodation. As soon as we arrived we felt at ease and relaxed. Barry and Viv are the loveliest couple with a wonderful energy and great hospitality. They were happy to help and advise us when we needed although we had our privacy when we wanted. The house is beautiful and the room itself is spacious, bright and clean with an overly comfy bed! The view from the room and private balcony is just beautiful, we could have happily sat there all day watching the water sports and dolphins swim by. Continental style breakfast was provided each day and we had use of the kitchen/BBQ if we needed. All in all a super stay with everything we needed. Perfect start to our Perth adventure!

Anna's apartment was my best choice! It was so clean as new, and had everthing we needed. Yes, literally, there were EVERYTHING! The room was luxurious, comfy and spacious enough for us (2 adults & a 4-year old girl). Above all, Anna was so friendly and kind. She allowed me to check in early and I got a late check-out as well. I could stay in touch with her easily. The location is close to Perth train station and one of Blue-cat-bus stops. I highly recommend Anna's awesome place!

Anna is a very cheerful and friendly host. I reached at 10pm and she is still willing to host me with a great smile and precise briefing. For the apartment wise, it is 100% top notch high end apartment with new and elegant interior design. To add on from my own research, it is a new apartment less than 1 year old! I have no reason not to recommend Anna and her apartment.

A total revamp, the townhouse is like new. The living area has a four-door bifold doors that open onto the patio with plenty of natural light into the living area. Fresh towels and linen as well as some tea, coffee supplies and some breakfast cereals are provided. Designated car park under car port at rear. Digital gate access into property, making it private and secure. Both rooms has new queen beds, comfortable pillow top mattresses with quality bedding and linen. Open plan tastefully designed living area includes a luxury chaise lounge, mounted 50" HD LED TV Neat, clean and very tidy bathroom. Fresh towels and toiletries are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and an automatic coffee machine. Hong was an absolutely fabulous host. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her attention to detail and hospitality is unsurpassed. The unit was exactly as described. Situated in the perfect location, modern, yet homely. I couldn't recommend Hongs listing enough.
The place is very very clean! It is spotless, really comfortable. Perfect for four people. Siew Hong is so far the best host I've met. She is very responsive and caring. I really recommend to stay at Siew Hong's place when you are in Perth.

What a delightful town house in the lovely suburb of High Gate! We had a wonderful night's stay in this very well equipped house, which was within walking distance of the bars and restaurants of the city centre. The Townhouse comfortably sleeps 4 adults,and was very clean. Hong was a fabulous host, very flexible with both check in and check out. Would thoroughly recommend it.

A home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped and clean the place was. It was perfect for our family of 4 (with two young children). Hong is a wonderful host and is very hospitable. She offered many recommendations on where to go and we enjoyed our limited time in Perth city. Great location and excellent host! We had everything we needed to have a hassle free stay at Hong's place. The rental was really modern, secure and had a really funky coffee table! So close to everything we needed and Hong made us extremely welcome and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves at her place. Would definitely stay there again.

This room is modest and compfortabele , clean secure and the perfect space to relax after a long day of exploring Fremantle or Perth WA. The bus in both directions leaves only 2 minutes away from my doorstep, The house is a very cozy , modest but welcoming place. Just minutes away from Fremantle and a short bus ride ( 30 minutes ) from Perth ( outside peak hrs ) Shared access, own key and keybond apply. I enjoy having guests , and there is always time to share storys and give you tips to make your visit more plesant ! Living here feels very safe and quiet. I know my neighbours and we care for eachother. There is so much to do and to explore in Fremantle and Perth, and with the friendly mediteranian climate you almost always experience plesant weather for your excursions . The location of my house is very easy access to public transport and it takes only minutes to Fremantle and a short journey to Perth. Fremantle and Perth have free City bus service , so often people leave there care at home and jsut use public transport. Very easy ! as you can see on the prictures , this house has a 6 year old tom cat. So if you like cats like me , this house is the right address for you :-) I ask visitors to let him do the first steps of contact , which he will do once he has made friends with you. Más información

We very much enjoyed our stay in Perth and in Matthias' apartment. Very conveniently located, close to food, shops, and transportation. As for the apartment itself, clean and spacious and lovely view of the city! Made us feel right at home. Matthias as a host, though not physically there during our time in perth was easy to speak with and got replies quickly to any questions we had. Also left us (and the keys) in good hands. My friends and I would recommend this place for your Perth stay if you find yourselves in this city :)

Matt and corrina are definitely very good hosts. They are helpful in providing information about the neighbourhood (food, transport and sights). They are also very hospital and friendly, took the efforts to have dinner, drinks and chat to know more about you. The place is cosy, clean and well kept. It is located 2 streets away from northbridge where it is quiet and yet is short distance away from shops, convenient stores and also the Blue Cat. Value for money with very pleasant experience.

The room is as described with all the amenities I needed, and very clean/tidy. The house is a short walk to some great spots on Beaufort Street, the Perth Cultural Centre and CBD. Míša and Marcela are great hosts and happy to have a friendly chat.
