Cine
“Step into this piece of history and see the latest films in ornate auditoriums. You can easily find it by its large, animated light displays: fireworks on the roof and a waterfall of fire over the marquee. Although movies are shown with the latest projectors and sound systems, this historic landmark opened in 1926 showing vaudeville and silent films, and is considered one of the top ten vintage theaters in the United States. Today, you can still catch a matinee for $6!”

Plaza
“Yeah it is designed to be touristy, but it has some really cool places like Heinolds First and Last Chance Saloon where the floor is still crooked from the 1906 earthquake. Do yourself a favor and go down and explore. Have a beer, watch the ferries come in.”

Galería de arte
“Went to see the Old Masters exhibit, the museum is right by the BART station, easy commute from San Francisco. Beautiful building, and I liked to see lots of places to sit and rest a little. It stands out as one of the best! Each and every exhibit is outstanding and the space is beautiful. Not too big/overwhelming so perfect for an afternoon. Great cafe at the top too. Highly recommend!”
