Parque
“Taking the trip up to Sconset is worth the time. It’s a charming village with rose covered cottages. The bluff walk is beautiful. You can grab a sandwich at the local market or at Claudette’s. The Sconset café is a great spot for dinner. You’ll need reservations though. Visit the Summer House for drinks and the piano bar.”

“In full disclosure, this snack bar and gift shop at Children's Beach is Rebecca's business, but this little spot downtown is a great place to bring the kids. Sporting a great view of the harbor this spot is a must visit for great food and a great beach. Kids enjoy the playground and grassy field and on Friday's it's a great spot for live music, karaoke and a movie, all free! And of course we have fresh popcorn too. Sundays the town hosts free concerts there as well.”

Beach
“My favorite beach on Nantucket - beautiful views of the epic homes on Cliff Road, calmer and warmer waters than the South shore, and a long shelf so that kids can wade out far from the beach. Sunset is excellent for picture taking.”

“Drive past the stunning homes of Cliff Road and head down a steep set of stairs to Steps Beach for gentle surf and sweeping views of Nantucket Sound. This place is pure magic at sunset!”

“We love picking up picnic fare from Bartlett’s Farm and heading down the long dirt road to Ladies Beach. The view from the top of the hill is one of my favorite views on the island with swaying dune grass as far as the eye can see. Stop by Cisco Brewery on the way home!”

“you need a 4 wheel drive vehicle with the proper stickers (most jeep rentals should have the proper permitting) but it's one of the most pristine places on the island. Keep an eye out for the seals!”

“A hidden gem: a lovely, marked walking trail through the eastern tip of the island. Small ponds, wooded trails, close to Pocomo Point. This would be a great hike/ walk, combined with a picnic or swim at Pocomo Point, and a visit to the Sconset Market for provisions or ice cream.”
