It offers every French treat you can imagine with very reasonably priced coffee – you can sit in or take away if you’re in a bit of a rush to hit the snow. A Croque Monsieur is around €3.”

“Restaurant Le Clin d'Oeil, behind Rhodos bar in Morzine is popular amongst locals and is famous for it’s traditional cooking. It’s influenced by dishes from the south west of France, which means there’s lots of duck on the menu! As well as duck in its various forms it also serves more contemporary dishes like crayfish risotto, roast rack of lamb and BBQ spare ribs. The lamb would set you back 24€.”
