Today it serves as a favorite destination of locals and tourists for relaxing in the sun or exercise throughout all four seasons of the year. Great location to enjoy Fourth of July festivities & fireworks. Only a twenty minute walk to the North! ”

“Visit the oldest surviving house in downtown Marietta and get a glimpse of life for an average family living in antebellum Georgia. This modest house is more typical of its time and place than the grand plantations and columned mansions popularized by Gone With the Wind. The only 5-star rated museum in Marietta!”
