Restaurante de tapas

“My personal favorite restaurant in Ithaca. Just a Taste is a Tapas (multiple, small plates) restaurant that always seems to impress. A great place for a couple or small group, you can peruse the menu and order a flight of wine, a few different appetizers, entrees, and desserts, and get a taste of what the Ithaca food and drink scene has to offer. Just a Taste is located on Ithaca's central culinary street, next to The Commons.”

“This is our go-to local neighborhood joint - rather on the nice side. You can get the usual pub fare, but also "the incredible burger" (vegetarian) and mushroom ravioli. In the summer, the outdoor patio is open. ”

“Maxie's offers a classier option for dinner, with a raw oyster bar and a full Cajun menu loaded with options. The menu features killer po'boy sandwiches and a Tuesday night fried chicken special, plus a full cocktail bar. Live music some nights, but not usually on Tuesdays.”

Bed and breakfast
“This is our go-to first stop on a date night. When you step into the Inn, you think you're in a different country. The drinks, the setting, the live music... In the summer, there's often a food truck serving food on the back patio. They've also just opened the Warehouse next door, which has a stunningly designed lounge, as well as great drinks and light food fare.”

“Great northern Italian food and excellent wine list. Hanger Steak, Fish of the Day, Raviolis are always excellent. Small menu (6-8 entrees), but all delicious. Starters include salads, pate sampler, Marcona almonds & olives. Bar is small, but excellent. Go early for first seating, or go later and plan to have a drink while you wait. GREAT desserts. Excellent atmosphere. Best for 4 people or fewer. Call ahead to let them know if there are more of you and see what they say. Tell Lindsey that Christine sent you!”
