“Right across the street, this park is where Robert F. Kennedy gave his memorable speech the night Dr. King was assassinated in 1968. At the far end of the park is the Landmark for Peace memorial sculpture, which honors the contributions of both slain leaders. The park also features picnic shelters, outdoor pool, basketball court, softball field and a playground.”
