“Built in 1796, the original seat of the state legislature is now a historical landmark & museum. The old pillory stocks seem a little surreal, make you feel like you're actually travelling back in time. Kids exhibits are wonderful, especially in the activities room, downstairs gallery, CT Kid Governor's office, and museum of oddities. Kids and adults will enjoy a visit here.”

“The Amos Bull House is a historic house at 59 South Prospect Street in Hartford, Connecticut. Built about 1788, it is one of only a few surviving 18th-century buildings in the city. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1968.[1] It presently houses the main offices of Connecticut Landmarks, a historic preservation organization.”
