“Belmont Estate is the premiere tourism attraction on the Spice Isle – Grenada. Located in St Patrick only 15 minutes scenic drive. Belmont Estate is a unique and authentic 17th century plantation that offers guests an opportunity to participate in and observe the workings of a fully functional historic plantation. “The 450 acre Levera National Park holds a strong reputation as Grenada's most scenic and spectacular coastal area. Its picture-perfect beach is quite popular on weekends, and its lagoon is one of the most important wildlife habitats on the island. Consisting of an extensive mangrove swamp, the lagoon is a haven for an abundance of bird species, including many herons, black-necked stilts, common snipes, and other waterfowl. Levera's marine areas are equally esteemed, with outstanding coral reefs and sea grass beds that shelter lobster and beautiful reef fishes. The beaches are also a hatchery for sea turtles, which are protected from May to September. ”

“This is a great place to grab a cold Carib beer and a stone baked pizza, they have daily happy hour and 2 for 1 pizza deals on Tuesdays. On the weekends there is often live music and sometimes the local pan band plays. Its all good fun, be warned, the drinks are strong! You may want to take a cab home!”

“Originally a small estate, Hyde Park only had a tiny flower and kitchen garden. The remainder of the property was planted in fruit and hardwood trees and was pasture land for grazing cattle. However, in only a few years this has been transformed into one of Grenada'a finest gardens. When you walk around Hyde Park today and see the abundance and variety of palms, cycads, heliconias, bougainvillea and other tropical plants it is hard to believe that this is such a young garden. Tours can be booked by appointments only. ”
