“Great atmosphere, loud but a bustling fun atmosphere for groups or solo travelers. Great big menu. We think they have the greatest chicken sandwich on the west coast. ; )) Their salads are decent and their Shepard’s pie, enchiladas and pot roast (sometimes a winter special) are delicious. Bison pot stickers are another favorite. French onion soup is delicious. Their local beers are plentiful. Great margaritas especially their own jalapeño infused margaritas. Can be busy so make reservation if more than two people. Sitting at bar for drinks and dinner watching game is so satisfying especially if Soli.”

“For Dinner only*...Love sitting at the counter* near the wood fired brick oven—especially great for single travelers/diners. The first courses and salads ARE AMAZING and local ingredients always. I love their wines by the glass and their desserts are excellent all made in house. Favorites: salads especially Burrata salad and Chopped salad. Their Moustarda handmade pizza is to die for, also their Salcichia pizza is excellent and their handmade Pastas are excellent. The red meat entrees aren’t my favorite but everything else they do very well.”

“Nova Café is located in the heart of historic downtown Bozeman and proudly serves up the best breakfast in Bozeman. Our unique breakfast and lunch menus offer local ingredients deliciously prepared and served in a colorful and bustling cafe. The menu provides traditional diner fare such as pancakes, eggs benedict and omelettes as well as a variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. The coffee and espresso are roasted right down the street by Rockford Coffee, the breads are baked by sister restaurant Feed Café and the gluten free pastries are baked by sister business Daily Coffee & Eatery. Meats are raised humanely and locally when possible. Produce is sourced as regionally as our climate allows. Nova Café is family friendly with a kids menu, high chairs and toys available for our littlest diners. We are open every day of the week. We serve breakfast from 7am to 2pm. Lunch is served from 11am to 2pm Monday through Friday.”

Teatro
“With community support, the Emerson Center for the Arts and Culture renovated a historic building; filled it with working artists and musicians; created a popular theater as well as exhibition, retail and rental space; educated thousands of children and adults; and welcomed the community time and again through its doors to gather and share and revel in the arts and culture. Most of all, the Emerson is about people coming together: Children laugh and play at Lunch on the Lawn; artist-tenants open their studios on Art Walk evenings; music or movie lovers take their seats in the Crawford Theater; tiny people twirl in a second-floor dance studio; schoolchildren sit on the floor in the Jessie Wilber Gallery intent on an art project; shoppers cruise Galleria Hall and pause for a meal at the Emerson Grill; students work wheels in the pottery studio; and in a prelude to Bozeman’s Christmas Stroll, a pandemonium of excited children assemble gingerbread houses.”
