Nature
“A co-operatively run mountain with nearly all natural snow, and one of the only single chairs left in the world. The skiing here is rugged, challenging, and downright rewarding. The old school lifts means there is still plenty of snow on the trails and the lodge feels like you're hanging out with your friends from a bygone era. General Stark's Lodge often has great local music and the food and beer are so reasonably priced, you may stay longer than you intended.”

“My favorite apres ski stop. Games for the kids, super nice bar tenders, great food. A little pricier, good for a drink and a snack, totally worth a nice dinner here if you are looking for a classy spot downstairs. ”

“Great restaurant with super cheap tacos on "taco tuesday." Diverse comfort food on the menu locally sourced. Cute little bar scene. Locals have jokingly called the bar "the wrinkle room" due to the older folks that spend evenings there, but a nice place for a chill drink and food. ”
