Khadija is BACK ! <3 In this immersive 3.5-hour Airbnb experience, we will journey through the rich culinary traditions of Morocco specially Essaouira , specifically focusing on the art of making couscous or Tajine from scratch. This hands-on cooking class will take place in my welcoming home kitchen, located in the heart of the vibrant neighborhood of Essaouira. What we'll do: For Couscous : I'll introduce you to the main ingredients and spices used in couscous dishes, and you'll learn how to source, select, and prepare them for cooking. You'll then roll up your sleeves and dive into the main event – preparing the couscous itself. Under my guidance, you'll learn the traditional technique of hand-rolling the couscous. While the couscous is steaming, we'll prepare a hearty stew to serve as the base of our dish. Depending on the season Same thing for Tajine its kinda special also.. We'll end the session by sitting down together to enjoy a warm cup of traditional mint tea and taking some memories... i'll not spoil more haha What else you should know: No cooking experience is necessary. This walk is also designed for people with no or little experience on horses. We pass by the banks of the river Ksab back towards the beach. There are always an interesting collection of birds along the river and we might also run into some goats, donkeys or camels on our way. On the beach we have a splendid view son the ocean and the island of Mogador. We ride through the sand dunes and the remains of the Palace of Sultan Mohamed Ben Abdullah, founder of Essaouira in the 18th century. From there we have a great view on the village of Diabat as well as the bay of Essaouira. Diabat is my natal village and in 1969 it was visited by Jimi Hendrix. His song "Castle in the Sand" was supposedly inspired by the remains of the Sultan's Palace. This walk is designed for people who never rode before. My horses are suited and equipped to welcome novices. For those who are more experienced I can adapt the pace and also groups with mixed levels are welcome.

Une pause pique-nique est prévue après 1 heure pour se ravitailler, et savourer ce beau moment, au menu: (un Thé Royal + Pain Fait Maison + Huile d'argan+ petits Gâteaux Fait Maison). Reprise de la balade entre plages sauvages, forets, dunes et ruines historiques. Retour pour assister à un spectacle des plus merveilleux : un soleil suspendu aux portes du couchant entre ciel et mer. I will pick you up at your hotel and take you to a beach, there we will find a horse to match your level. Then we start to stroll along the huge wild beach and across the sand dunes. You will discover stunning landscapes at your own pace; Peaceful for beginners, free walks for experienced riders. We will have a break located on top of the dunes with a great view of the ocean. Then we will go back where we started to cross the eucalyptus forests. This walk is open to both beginners and experienced riders, individually or in groups. Our Barbary/Arabian horses are suitable for all levels. All necessary equipment for a comfortable and safe riding practice is provided

Vous avez toujours rêvé de faire une balade à cheval entre plage, dunes de sable et forêt? Je vous accueille à Diabat, un petit village à 5 min au sud d'Essaouira, dans ma propre écurie. Nous sélectionnons votre cheval en fonction de votre niveau, nous vous équipons et nous commençons la balade. - Famille avec enfants en bas âge (2 ans minimum) sont les bienvenue - Vous découvrez des paysages sauvages et montez dans les dunes avant d'atteindre la plage d'Essaouira. A partir de là, nous pouvons trotter et galoper librement sur le sable ou simplement profiter d'une balade relaxante si vous êtes débutant. En chemin, il est possible de croiser des oiseaux, des chèvres, des ânes ou encore des chameaux. Les chevaux sont complètement habitués. Mes chiennes Lula et Zwina ont également l'habitude de nous accompagner lors des balades. Au cours de la balade, je peux prendre des photos et vidéos avec votre téléphone si vous le souhaitez. L’atelier se trouve à 8 min à pied du grand parking nord de Sidi Kaouki où les bus et taxi s’arrêtent (j'enverrai l'indication par message après votre réservation). PROGRAMME: -Nous entrerons dans notre atelier ou je vous proposerai de revêtir la tenue berbère traditionnelle pour entrer complètement dans notre univers. - Discuter de l’histoire de l’argan au Maroc. - Découverte des étapes de fabrication de l'huile d’argan alimentaire et cosmétique, participation à l’atelier soi-même - Dégustation sous forme d’un petit goûter (thé, pain, l'huile d'argan, miel, amlou, oeufs bio). En réservant cette expérience, vos enfants pourront découvrir l'argan et notre ferme dans son entièreté qui se trouve accolée à l’atelier. No matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced surfer, we will always find the best spot to do your surf lesson/training along the coast of Essaouira to Agadir. I am an experienced surfer and I have been teaching surf for over 10 years , so I will tailor the lesson to your skill level and goals and we will have so much fun for sure! You can choose to do either one surf lesson or a surf trip for a whole day. The day before the class, I will let you know where we will meet. Once we are at the beach, I will provide you with a surfboard and a wetsuit (you can also bring your own material if you have it). If you do not have your own transportation, let me know so I can arrange a private transport for you. Each lesson will take around 2 hours. If the conditions are good enough and if we have energy left, we may be able to do 2 sessions in one day. If you are a beginner, I will teach you the basics of standing on the surfboard and understanding the waves. For intermediate/advanced surfers, we’ll work on improving your style and perhaps introduce new maneuvers to take your surfing to the next level. The meeting point is in the stables in Diabate, a village 5 minutes away from Essaouira. I will greet customers at the entrance of the village and take them to the stables, where each customer has the opportunity to meet and greet their horse and get ready. We will leave and start by following the river in direction of the sea. We will ride through 18th century ruins and stop there for a panoramic view of Essaouira, and a photo session. We will then reach the beach and ride by the sea, with opportunity to trot and gallop for advanced riders. The best unforgettable experience is to ride with the sunset. We will do an additional photo and video session before heading back to the stables.

Comenzaremos comprando en el mercado donde los lugareños compran los ingredientes más frescos. Compraremos carne, pasteles, verduras y especias a mis amigos en las tiendas. Puedes elegir tus ingredientes para el tajín, ya sea de ternera, cordero, pollo, pescado o vegetariano. *Si quieres pescado , no dudes en ponerte en contacto con nosotros para que podamos prepararlo. Luego nos dirigiremos a mi casa, donde prepararé el tradicional té de menta marroquí y prepararemos la comida y cocinaremos juntos. Dès votre arrivée nous commencerons par une rapide introduction sur les tatouages berbères, son histoire, ses alphabets, ses symboles, ainsi que la technique utilisée .... Vous aurez des lors la possibilité de choisir votre motif, si vous le désirez bien sur , je serai lá afin d'éventuellement orienter votre choix. Ensuite nous passerons , á la réalisation des tatouages avec l'explication des différentes techniques. Pour ceux ou celles qui désireraient un tatouage plus grand que celui proposer dans l'expérience , les discussions se feront directement sur place en fonction du choix. In this experience we will teach you all the steps to succeed an authentic Moroccan meal with all the details and tips, you are going to be the major part of preparation, as we will give each one of our guests a job to do, and of course bring everyone together around the dinning table in a familiar outdoor atmosphere. first of all we will host you in the enchanting setting of our terrace, located in the heart of the old medina, at the outdoor kitchen overlooking the beach and the atlas mountains of morocco. We can also meet you somewhere, so you don't have to navigate on your own. We will start with showing you all the fresh ingredients and explain our different tips and family recipes, we will be accompanied by one of the best cook, my mom who is passionate about food and been cooking since she was a kid. We eat seasonal food, so the menu can change as the year goes along.
