“Traditional cafe with amazing crab sandwiches. One of the best locations in Newquay with views over to Crantock and down the gannel. At low tide you can walk over the river at High tide a small boat takes you across from the bottom steps. Best place to buy fresh crab and lobster to cook at home”

“Probably one of the best Tea Rooms fairly close to Down Barton, Rectory Farm also do light lunches, wonderful cream teas and Cake to suit every taste. Close to the spectacular Morwenstowe Church, once home to the Rev Hawker, famous for his sermons and his beautiful, little hut which is a short, relatively flat, walk from the Rectory. Highly recommended.”

“This is one of my favourite places. They serve great healthy food. One of my favourites is a side dish the roast sweetheart cabbage with tahini sauce. Emphasis is on locally sourced food. Check out the menu to see if it suits you. If you like what you read you won’t be disappointed. ”
