“Some would say the best pizza in the city. Thicker style crust and some serious caramelization make Pequod's pizza stand out in the crowded Chicago pizza arena. ”

“207-acre park with picturesque pond and boathouse. For some water adventures: rent peddle swans or canoes in the summer. To keep the adventure on a wheels: you can rent different bikes to see the park from a different view. I tend to visit the park early. During the weekend there are a ton a baseball, soccer games and family gatherings. Be sure to stay safe and stay in well lit areas. ”

Tienda de pays
“Brunch time! What about some delicious biscuits? So buttery and decadent or maybe a slice of pie? Key lime pie definitely my favorite, Ben always disagrees but he is more a chocolate person. Everything is made from scratch, it can’t go wrong. Enjoy the outdoor seating during warm season, on colder weather expect a long waiting to be able to sit inside so be prepare or why not ask for to go? Walking: 15 minutes Bike: 5 minutes Ride: 4 minutes ”

Post Office
“If you're coming from downtown, a quick Red Line train will get you here. If you're coming from the apartment I recommend a Lyft or Uber. There's old Chinatown which is sort of south with a restaurant that Anthony Bourdain ate at, then there's new Chinatown which is north and has a whole alleyway of a bunch of restaurants. ”
