Bathing Area
“This is truly a wonder of the world that is a definite must see from below and from on top. There are countless different paths and hiking routes to get up to the top or you can do the cable car way if you are not so active. Some people hike up and cable car down too which is the best of both worlds. ”

“The tip of Africa, well nearly, actually it is Cape Agulhas, but Cape Point is better know as the tip of Africa! About 1 hours drive from us, you can drive along 1 coast line and return along the other. Both are very scenic, and beautiful. If you do not want to walk up, there is a vernicular to take you to the top. Best to check if operating before you go. There is a fee to enter Cape Point Nature Reserve, free for Wild Card holders”

“The quickest & easiest active way to get a magnificent 360 degree view over Cape Town & of Table Mountain! It’s a moderate walk, with some basic climbing of ladders and rocks but the effort is well worth it as the view is stunning! It’s best done to catch the sunrise or sunset while on top. It does get busy but everyone is polite and waiting times are not as long as the cable car for the mountain. Highly recommended for the active person. Be sure to carry a torch and a jacket in case. The wind can be tough so best to time it wisely.”

“A vibrant, warm-hearted little village in the heart of Woodstock where talented people come together to share, collaborate and show off their heart-felt passion. The Old Biscuit Mill is home to a range of artisan workshops, designer stores, decadent restaurants and the popular Saturday Neighbourgoods Market. The Old Biscuit Mill is one of Cape Town’s must-visit attractions. Well loved by locals and tourists alike, the Mill is a bustling hub where people come together to eat, drink, shop and have an all-round great time. Do not miss out the Saturday farmer's market - get there early to avoid the crowds. ”

Flea Market
“Words fail me to describe how fun this Market is. I don't want to give anything away, just make sure you visit! Again, please be careful with cellphones and cameras walking around the Harbour area, but once you're inside the Market, you're in good, safe hands. Take lots of cash, support local trade and food fair, enjoy local music, buy some curios, clothes, jewellery, niknaks, and meet some locals. A wonderful experience.... (this market is associated with the Old Biscuit Mill Neighbourhood Goods Market in Woodstock, another excellent day's out).”
