“Discover the waterfront in Buffalo at the Canalside Buffalo NY & thousands of Buffalo events hosted there every year including live music! Buffalo's harbor, the waterfront is now home to kayakers, paddle boarders, boaters, bikers and hikers. Buffalo’s waterfront is best experienced in three distinct locations: Canalside, which is located at the foot of Main Street in downtown; the Buffalo River, which twists and turns from downtown through the Old First Ward and Valley neighborhoods; and the Outer Harbor, the massive parcel of greenspace, bike paths and marinas on the Lake Erie shore.”

“Love art, check out the Burchfield Penney Art Center. Charles Burchfield was a famous local artist. Initially a designer for a wall paper company, Burchfield went on to become one of Buffalo's most famous artists. Known for his unique nature water colors, he also created some striking and muscular paintings of Buffalo during its manufacturing glory days. Housed in one of Buffalo's newest architectural gems (noted in the New York Times as one of the top 40 buildings in the US to visit), the Burchfield Penney collection also features other artists with a Western New York connection. Just across the street from the Albright Knox Art Gallery.”

“Gabriel's Gate reflects the quirky eccentric appeal of Allentown, replete with mounted animals and year-round Christmas statues from your favorite Christmas claymation films. While Anchor Bar has gained the reputation of being home to the first buffalo wing, it stops there for the locals. Gabriel's Gate hails some of Buffalo's biggest, juiciest (yet crispiest) wings. Try the BBQ flavored wings and you won't be disappointed! Not a wing fan? Their menu offers a wide variety of options, and they're known for the French Onion soup as well as their wings!”

“Kleinhans Music Hall is designated as a National Historic Landmark with an international reputation as one of the finest concert halls. Orchestra musicians, conductors, and soloists have long admired Kleinhans, including Jascha Heifetz (“It’s a joy to play in this hall”); Artur Rubenstein (“Any artist gives his best in a hall such as this”); and Serge Koussevitzsky (“Kleinhans Music Hall is a dream of a lifetime – perfect and complete.”) Kleinhans is considered one of the most acoustically perfect halls in the world, and that perfection has not diminished through the years.”
