“A magnificent Georgian park area in the heart of Bristol, surrounded by trees and cobbled streets. Nestled amongst Bristol's Harbourside and Old City areas, Queen Square is a popular retreat for nearby workers and visitors to the city who are looking to relax. The square also regularly hosts outdoor theatre, concerts and other major events, all against the backdrop of the magnificent Georgian town houses that dominate views across the square.”

Parque
“Its a nice place to go for a quiet walk, lots of nature here and not so many people, just a few dog walkers. There is also a pedestrian tunnel under the nearby M32, it leads to the entrance to Snuff Mills - another popular nature reserve with a river running through it (River Frome). Eastville Park is in that area too. A long walk though :). Stoke Park estate can be reached via Narrowways which is also a nature path not far from here that'll lead you up to Fairfield school, which is across the road from Stoke Park estate. Please check Google for Narrowways because its not listed here on Airbnb.”

Forest
“Lovely woodland for walking/running. Great for families and a natural playground for kids with dens, hollow logs and piles of leaves to play in. Nice to combine with a visit to the suspension bridge: cross over the bridge (£1 toll in a car, free on foot/bike) and take the first right hand turn after the bridge. Follow the road round for half a mile or so and there’s a gate into the woods on the right. Pick your path and enjoy! Head upwards for views of Bristol and the suspension bridge from across the Avon Gorge. 20mins taxi, 30mins bike or take the train from Stapleton road to Clifton Down and walk 20mins from there. ”
