Point of Interest
“Take a left on to Harrison Blvd and go straight (and zigzagging) until you run out of road. That brings you to Bogus Basin Ski area, and lodge. Depending on the time of year you'll get outdoor music, skiing, mountain biking, mountain roller coaster. Even if you don't ski, drive up for the fresh air and view, gorgeous drive and view from the top. Grab a burger and beer at the lodge and sit outside at the firepits. Our crisp dry air and sunshine is wonderful. Don't sit to long with out sunscreen though. ”

Bar

“This is my go-to spot for company. They don't have their own beers but they have a great selection of local beers. This place also has liquor, specifically great whiskey. The food is locally sourced and honestly pretty fancy for bar food. Cool downtown atmosphere. Parking is a bit harder because it is on 8th street but still unlikely to be more than a 3 block walk. Take an Uber if you don't want to even have to think about parking.”
