“ It is free to access and open all days throughout the year. The emerald green forest filled with gnarly Beech trees, lush undergrowth, and small streams is the reason why this is a popular spot among nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers. From June through September, lift access to the Emerald Outback is available Friday through Sunday (for a fee) via the chairlift at Beech Mountain Resort. The resort’s lift includes trays to carry mountain bikes to the summit, with riders following closely behind in a traditional lift chair. Hikers can ride the lift as well.”

“Sweet venue with plenty of bottled beers and some tasty looking foods, but only had 2 beers on tap with a capacity of 10 or more. Beer could have been colder but the place had allot of potential and is in a great location. Check it out if you have the chance and beg the bar tender to tap some more kegs.”
