“One of the best tapas restaurant in the Condal City (Barcelona). They don't book so in case you want to go, I recommend that you go 1 hour before your meal time so they will put you on the list. In the meantime, you can stroll the streets of Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia, visiting spots like Casa Batllo, Casa Mila. ”

As the beach club accoutered with the greatest terrace in Barcelona, Opium has turned into the most cosmopolitan leisure’s proposal of the city. Opium merges the benefits of a very select restaurant, cocktail bar and lounge, with a club where best international DJ’s and artists have left a mark on. “This is our favorite tapas place, and also a great place to people watch. It tends to have a waiting line, but we have found that the magic hours are around 11:30-12 (Spanish lunch time is 2ish-the tourists usually come around noon and again in the early evening around 6 to 6:30pm). They do not accept reservations. If no table is available, give your name to the attendant, they should be able to tell you approximately how long the wait will be. They have seating inside and out, but we prefer the terrace. Some of our favorites are the mini-hamburgers, Sepiones, artichokes, Iberico ham, pan con tomate, and the Torrijas (maybe not spelled correctly here) but it is like a piece of French toast with crème brûlé. Super tasty. ”

Salón de té
“An independent design market where colorful crafts of all kinds are the order of the day, but you’ll also find jewelry, children’s clothes, and fashion accessories. There’s even a stall that offers a mosaic workshop. And the vendor at its center serves tasty Moroccan pastries and sweet mint tea. The feline symbol of the market is based on Fernando Botero’s portly cat sculpture, which sits a little further down La Rambla del Raval from the the market.”
