“We are super lucky to have this cozy restaurant just right next door! Mampoko serves very traditional flemish food with good price, good portion, and quality taste. They also have a lovely terrace where we always see people having a drink or a meal. It's really the spot where locals go. They also have quite nice brunch on weekends. Please make sure to make a reservation as this place can be packed especially on weekends. This is the number one restaurant I would suggest people to go as it's a very relaxing place with good quality and price. And it's just next door so it's a good choice, especially you feel a bit tired from the day and just want to eat something nice without much effort. ”

“SHOP TILL YOU DROP! Korte Gasthuisstraat, Wiegstraat, Lombardenvest, Groendaalstraat and Schrijnwerkerstraat (the five Wilde Zee streets) are lined with hip clothing and shoe shops – the kind of places fashionistas can’t live without. This area is also home to Belgium’s oldest shopping centre, the Nieuwe Gaanderij, where you’ll find the pop-ups of start-ups as well as established businesses. The covered gallery leads to Huidevettersstraat, where you’ll find the shops of some of the major clothing brands.”
