Beautiful home! Loved the view, even the master bedroom had an amazing view! Great beach area. Loved the dock, the bench at the end was picture perfect! Kitchen and bathrooms had all the amenities. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. So peaceful, unforgettable views!

Cheryl was kind and had clear and reasonable expectations. She was very quick to respond and her property did NOT disappoint. We will more than likely be visiting again.

We love coming to Michigan to ride our SXS and Eric's place was perfect location to everything, fit our whole family, and felt at home. Eric always answered my questions and was amazing host. We had many many hiccups on our trip this time and Eric was very considerate in them all. Would definitely recommend staying here. Next trip I will be looking to book again with Eric.

very nice house can accommodate a larger size family was dog friendly the dog park / kids park just 1 minute up the road was so nice to utilizes was centrally located to alot of good public upland bird hunting spots and alot of good hiking trails

Beautiful renovated home with great kitchen, dining, and outdoor spaces. Well thought out accommodations including a nice coffee bar, board games, and big grill with plenty of utensils. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a waterfront stay with exceptional amenities and great communication from the owners.

If I could give more stars I would! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with them again. I’ve been using AirBNB a while and they’re easily in my top 3 hosts!

My family had a great time at Connie and Dean's. We were able to ride our side by side from the house to the trails and enjoyed all the games they provided. We had one small hiccup while we were there but Dean was super helpful and answered all my text quickly. Dean came out at 10pm to fix the issue. We will be staying again.

Absolutely wonderful!! Best place we have stayed. Quiet peaceful setting. Fawn was super helpful, friendly and communicative. Went out of her way to help us find the place in our late arrival, well-supplied with amenities. We will recommend to other family members who stay in the area occasionally. This place should be a benchmark for all the Air B&B offerings. Will definitely be staying here again if the opportunity arises.

An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great, walkable location. Exactly as pictured and described. Hosts provided excellent instructions for finding the listing, as well as local restaurants and attractions.

This space was a wonderful home base for us and our baby! Lots of floor space for her to play, and right next to a lovely coffee shop and a pizza spot. Highly recommend!

Place was extremely clean and everything as advertised. Communication was smooth. The people above us partied all night and had a dog that barked until 1am so that part sucked but not really the Airbnb’s fault.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. It was fantastic!! It met our needs, it felt like we were in our own home. Denise responded to all communications quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! We will be back!

The house was so cute and super clean! Gordon let us check in a few hours early and that was so awesome. We came for a weekend of trail riding and there was plenty of space for truck/trailer, it was close to town, and trails right down the road! Perfect - we would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend it!

Great time for the four of us, good food nearby, cabin was clean and well supplied with everything you could need. Cozy and cute cabin! Had a fun birthday celebration weekend. Very quiet area and nice quiet lake area. Erica was a great hostess, friendly and helpful.

This place was perfect for my family of 8! It had all of the necessities, was cute and comfortable and a close walk to the lake and our other family cottage located up at higgins. Worth the stay and would do it again. Tami was a wonderful host :)

Our stay was fantastic. we had a full weekend planned and our only regret was we didn't get to enjoy the game room and fire pit like we wanted to. Will hopefully be back again!

We had a great stay while visiting friends in the area. The cabin was just what we were looking for. It was well stocked and was comfortable.

This stay was incredibly relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. For us specifically, we had a work event to attend in Roscommon, and then a few days to explore. I felt as though we were perfectly located to easily drive anywhere we needed — both north of Higgins and south of Houghton Lakes. This is a very cute, cozy cabin. While decor isn’t always at the top of everyone’s list for the perfect vacation space, the details in this cabin are very well done and made each room truly feel like home. On the final evening, we used the fire pit, and coupled with the string lights — was the perfect end to our trip.
