I am a retired architect who had a commercial architectural firm for 27 years. During that time my love of old homes started my other career of buying, remodeling and living in over 40+ Victorian- to Mid Century Modern homes and condos, which I still enjoy doing. This project of 36 units is extremely special as all are of a different floor plan and are mostly split level. I have lived in this unit for 1 year and the furnishings ,all mine, describe what my eclectic interests are and are all from my collection of furniture and art work. I have 3 other units here and I live in one with my loving partner, Gabriel, a photographer, artist, and 3 rescued dogs. He shares my interests in art, architecture, food, films and dogs as well as buying and managing unique properties. I also have 2 wonderful daughters and 5 grandchildren who love to play in the pool. This is truly a magical project,as beside the design , it’s closeness to downtown, beautiful parks within walking distance and many great restaurants is a distinct plus in staying here. Being a host to visitors to Houston is a great privilege as I am a 3rd generation Houstonian and love to show others our great City. I hope to meet you soon. Bob and Gabriel
