Directions to our Breckenridge Office from Denver for Check-in:
Take I-70 west to exit 203 (CO-9 South). At the top of the exit follow the roundabout to Hwy 9 South towards Breckenridge. Continue 9.6 miles to the second roundabout just as you enter the Town of Breckenridge. Stay on left lane. At the roundabout, proceed straight through the roundabout to access Main Street Breckenridge. Turn right at the second light, Ski Hill Road, and turn immediately left into the first parking lot with a large brown building. You will see "Summit Rentals" on the building sign. Building address is 111 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge. Short term parking is available for check-ins in front of the building. Summit Mountain Rentals is located up the stairs and to your right.

The Corral is a great location for visiting Breckenridge, and this condo is very well taken care of. Even the windowsills were clean. As often happens, we did have one maintenance issue--the microwave didn't work. We called the host, and maintenance appeared with a new microwave within an hour. It was a really great experience all around.

The condo at the corral was great. Very spacious and has everything you could need. The hot tub on the deck was perfect after a long day on the mountain.

Condo is walk-able to Main Street and lifts; also shuttle stop is a quick 2 or 3 minute walk. Spacey living area, functioning private hot-tub; all appliances functioned properly. This property met our needs for the long weekend stay and was at a good price point, comparatively.

The condo was in a great location, just a short walk away from the peak 10 lifts and downtown shops. Everything was as pictured, and it was a great stay.

Very close to everything downtown and lifts. Shuttle just a few 100 ft away from condo. Had a great time and my guest enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes.

We loved staying here at 206S The Corral at Breckenridge! The unit was so conveniently located, so well-appointed, and so well-situated! We could walk to town easily and safely. The convenience store across the street was, well, convenient! The views and the hot tub were favorites. The kitchen made family vacationing so easy, too. Having a washer and dryer was also fabulous. Many small amenities were provided that one doesn't always get with a condo. The unit was quiet, although you had to get used to a little road noise from the bedrooms during the day. Although we didn't use it, the owner's lounges, steam room, and fitness room were very nice. There were even pool tables, tv's, and magazines! The location in Breckenridge made it convenient to many trails and activities. Summit Rentals was so friendly and responsive to any of our questions or needs. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
