First off -- anyone reading this, please check out my other great reviews. I don't think I was the best match for the couple above. In my opinion, travelers Airbnb instead of staying in a hotel because they want to save money and have a real NY experience. Therefore it is not going to be as perfect as a hotel. I've never had an Airbnb guest stay for 2 weeks so this was a first for me. It was honestly too long for me to be away from my home and I won't do it again unless I'm traveling. It wasn't worth the money.
- Coming back to the apartment 3 times, when you were gone. I had to come back to the apartment to get clothes a few times since it was so long. I always coordinated and communicated when I would come back. I'm sorry if that was a pain, but it is my home and 2 weeks is a long time to have all of what I need with me.
- Mouse. You saw a mouse, NOT a rat. I have only seen 1 in my 3 years in that apartment, and I am SO sorry you had to see one! I agree, that sucks. However, it is New York and this is an apartment, NOT a hotel. There are mice occasionally.
- Toilet. It's an old apartment, as I told you. I'm sorry it wasn't working perfectly but glad you were able to work it out.
- Coffee Maker. That's a great tip, I should have one for my guests and will get one.
Thanks for the feedback.
